The creature talking to you should be voiced in crayon, it feels like a Gungan Child taught to speak by Uncle Jar-Jar (If you don't get the reference I'm sorry in advance if you google it). The wording is simplistic with a lot of "ies" added to words, and it made for a bit of internal digestion before I thought I had figured out what I was told. I highly recommend you play the tutorial as it explains most things. With tons of bright colors and animated backgrounds, mostly in similar shades to the foreground, it sometimes made it hard to tell what was a threat and what was decoration. Cubis Crawl is the actual game, and it's random procedurally generated maps creates a new adventure every time you find yourself back at the title screen. The only Progression you seem to make that can be kept are the mutations, allowing you to alter the game in some way, like making it deal a bit less damage to you for example. you can also change your character if you've unlocked any. There is also a place to enter a seed, so you can challenge the same map more than once! This is a bizarre game, but that's not to say it isn't fun, as I enjoy games like this. (You always started over from the beginning on the older games, as saving your progress was once unheard of).
