    When you imagine yourself in a zombie apocalypse and you have to look for resources, take risks and of course shoot a lot of zombies. You will have all of this but with a very weak story that can take away some of the immersion that the apocalyptic environment will try to give you.

    O jogo é incrível, impossível um fã de The Walking Dead não notar as inúmeras referências e inspirações, adoro jogar pra passar o tempo, expandir minha comunidade, explorar, matar hordas, dialogar com outros sobreviventes ou construir coisas pra minha base. O jogo é divertido e só peca em quesitos básicos como um multiplayer limitado e erros de colisão.

    Really one of the worst games ever made. Such a great idea SO badly implemented. Terrible maps that are EXACTLY the same (loot and all) every time. One of the worst AI ever devised. It is so bad that you would think they did it on purpose. The zeds will charge you every time but your helper or the people you meet in the game will just sit there and stare at the zeds till they die.Really one of the worst games ever made.     This game is so much better now than when it first launched. It has the right mix of looting, base management, and combat. The only downside is how often side quests need to be done and how easily the characters get tired. It's great in terms of replayablity due to the various personal goals you can have in the game, the difficulty settings, and the big updates.

    Sinceramente non lo so, ma questo gioco ora che stato aggiornato è rivisto, é in grado di coinvolgerti in maniera incredibile...non ricordo un altro gioco che ti da la soddisfazione della ricerca come questo, ora che ci penso sì l'ultima volta che ho provato tanto gusto é stato con skyrim, già proprio con skitim.     Fun zombie game with a mediocre story and main objective. The best part about this game was looting the various buildings and finding really cools items such as random guns. Finding other characters to recruit or help was also quite fun. The zombies were threatening but there aren't too many types so it can make it a bit repetitive.     There are some glitches, nothing game breaking that I have found in nearly 80 hours. Addicting gameplay. If you liked the first this one is better in every way.

    Apesar de alguns bugs, o jogo é bem divertido. Ainda mais pelo fato de poder ser jogado em multiplayer, com mais 4 amigos. Você gerencia sua base e ainda tem que destruir os núcleos pestilentos. Recomendo.

    Excellent title, and while the gameplay loop does get a little repetitive, it is one of those titles that you can put up for a few weeks, and then come back to and it's still fun. I'm also a big fan of the fact that the develop is still constantly adding new features and content to the game 4 years later; it's not abandoned after a few months like so many other titles/franchises are.

    Просто ужайснейшое автосохранение, случайно нажал "угрожать групировке" вместо "торговли" получилось что убили меня и моего спутника которого я минуту назад пригласил в свою группк. The game is one of the buggiest most unfinished pieces of crap, you can tell it was made by talentless people--aka undead labs. Repairing cars literally flings them in the air and they helocpoter in the air for 5 seconds before blowing up, or my favorite one where they slide across the ground on their side and smash and blow up instantly when it touches a wall, this has been in the game for 4 years. Text bugs are also frequent and were only recently fixrd with juggernaut edition. Looking at their resume the only game they (Undead labs) ever made is State of Decay, which both of them (1 and 2) end up being garbage, but especially 2. If you paid for this game you got scammed, if you got it with gamepass your time got scammed, only good for achievements or playing with friends/modders, every thing else it is a mess. Driving is terrible but the only way to traverse, car gets stuck every second and you get punished with being swarmed by zombies (even WORSE on harder difficulties), unstuck command is so useless you might as well leg it out of the car if it gets stuck. it takes 10 seconds to use, you have to be still (enemies will drag you out your car), and has a cool down. Ally AI is terrible and a joke unless it is enemy humans then they become OP (they will insta one shot you on harder difficulties, you have to shoot them dozens of times to kill them or headshot them multiple times). The spawns are terrible and zombies will render in on your screen last second, even worse when bloaters or entire packs spawn on your car and damage it or near insta kill you on harder difficulties, some how rendering is even worse on Series X. Overall terrible game. Buggy, laggy, crashes around clusters of plague hearts, TERRIBLE driving (only way to traverse), god awful enemy spawning, and nothing redeeming. No out of world soundtrack, absolutely no story, no character development. For a game lacking so much it is a surprise these terrible devs still could not muster any talent or usefulness in the few areas you can tell they 'tried', 5 years of their legacies down the drain making a forgetabble mess that became apart of the "Xbox has no good games" meme. One of Xbox Studios throw away talent. If state of decay 3 is good its because Microsoft is actually getting more involved with undead labs due to how terrible their games are and providing them a triple A budget. Developers who are so talentless (Fallout new vegas driving mod is better than this games driving) even Microsoft knew they had to get involved and give them a bigger team because they cannot even make a simple game by themselves. It has been 4 years and none of these issues are fixed. Just extra 'content' no asked for, like recently they decided to finally give you a secondary weapon, something thousands of games done before and they finally, after four god blessed years, mustered enough brain cells to implement something a literal higschool CS student could code.… Expand

    It's good enough. Killing zombies is enjoyable, driving is fun, sometimes you canceven get an interesting quest. But still the game is quite repetitive. The good thing is that you can cross-play it.

    Graphics are not his gen at all, the world is empty and dull and visuals are just not impressive for this gen, if it looked last gen but ran at 60FPS it would be fine, but nope its a 30fps game. The games has less bugs than the first, less, the first game was literally unplayable with bugs, so yeah there is less.
    One of the most annoying thing is the characters. SOD1 had actually interesting characters, there was some attractive girls as you would want in your end on the world zombie fantasy and many side stories and charters you ended up interested even caring about.
    The Character in SOD2 are just crazy bland, there stories are the most uninteresting bunk you could imagine, find tools and record players, crap like that. And most imitating more offensively is they have clearly gone with "Averting of the Male Gaze" thing woke developers love these days. Making every female character just plain ugly and completely unappealing, so as not to appeal MEN!! MEN the main supporters and consumers of their product, they set out to not appeal to them!!!! Many men in the game are very attractive, so they know how to model and make faces, just decided their male fan should only get uggos in their survivor fantasy.
    Overall the game is a hard pass, there a few interesting hours at the start as you learn the game, but then quickly become a chore as the whiney ugly woman contact every 30 secs to demand something.    … Expand

    Ever single character besides your starters are completely randomized, and sure, more replay value, but the original state of decay's survivors actually made me CARE. Every little thing about them is randomized, so unless you like how they look, you would not give a monkeys left nut if one perished.

    General Positives-
    Blood plague, (On dread or higher) is actually quite a challenging yet fun addition.
    Unlike the original, if your car gets stuck, or is flipped upside down, you can just use a radio command, which is a great quality of life improvement.
    Having more than 1 save.
    The sheer amount of content, weapons consumables guns, and the bounty broker.
    Trading, instead of just tanking influence.
    Smooth graphics and animations.
    Outposts granting bonuses, accesesing survivor inventories.
    I always wanted to be a double sided axe murderer.

    Negatives-
    Basically no story at all.
    Plague heats are stupid easy on dread and lower.
    Freaks have no risk what so ever, as compared to the original, they are much easier to take on, (unless they are blood plague).
    Randomly generated characters with no character, as mentioned before.
    LOTS of technical issues, even compared to the original.
    Blood Plague is very easy to cure, and you dont need a high level infirmary, and, you DONT EVEN NEED A DOCTOR!
    Cars barely ever get damaged unless your on lethal or nightmare.
    Content from the first game is completely gone, such as-

    Ally In Trouble
    Character specific trust meters, in this game everyone is your best friend.
    Cars have 30000 slots.
    Fast searching has no risk, if a zombie or two show up, mash x, and your done. Sure, you could do that in the original, but combat requires more thought, as a zombie can grab you from wherever if they are next to you, now, its if you are directly infront of them.
    Sure there are lots of improvments, with this sequel, but its nothing compared to the original.

Over the years it became more and more apparent that the studio was woefully lacking in the skills necessary to fix the myriad problems and the released version of the game was in fact their best work. On the other hand when questioned, because of the aforementioned excuse, about the capabilities of the studio to make an amazing polished successor they are quick point out that they are owned by Microsoft and have their full support...WTF! This could have been gaming gold but it was squandered by inept and juvenile developers who refuse to deliver what the community asked/s for. Instead they desperately hope to entice you into continued gameplay with absurd and gimmicky transmogs that appeal to ten year old Fortnite players and the 50 year olds who design them.… Expand

    It is a wonderful game. It is very addictive and the graphics are very good. I have spent entire afternoons playing this game.

    I really do not understand the bad grades that the game has. I guess the game was buggy at launch, but from my experience I can say it's a great 10/10 game.

Almost 3 years into this game updates are still coming with new difficulty modes, equipment and customization. As well as fixing early bugs. Howerver, 2 criticisms (for me): (i) The Juggernauts (and the Ferals too, actually) seem so artificial and their only reason to be in the game is to make things difficult sometimes... And (ii) the permadeath should be only optional. I hate to dedicate so many hours into the game for later losing all in a mistake or a trap. Some people like this, but honestly, I wish I had the time for that. I don't. For the future, it would be nice to add more regular zombies in big cities, rather than artificial zombies that are more powerful. This way you keep a challenge but you get rid of the artificiality.    … Expand

    Game is fun at base building and expands well from the first game by adding co op, however there is no story whatsoever and the game quickly gets very repetative like its predecessor. Killing zombies remains fun though

    I didn't expect this game to be so fun and addictive, since it has had reviews in its launch. I guess every weak aspect has been improved and updated. The characters feel human and engaging. Environment, gameplay, and reward cycle are simply great. Every raid could be your last.

    2018 foi literalmente um dos piores anos do Xbox em toda sua história, só teve jogo lixo praticamente, esse aí, lançaram todo ''bugado'' e feio, para um console que foca em gráficos, no mínimo deveriam trazer algo melhor que isso aí, vergonhoso.

This is State of Decay 2. I agree that even after the updates the game still has some bugs on the Xbox, but nothing to spoil the experience. This game is not a 3-person shooter, no.     May not be for everyone, but I enjoyed the game, even if it did go on a little too long and became repetitive. Definitely got attached to my characters and felt truly sad when I got hem killed by stupidity or bravado. Worth a buy... but not a game I expect to return to.

Либо уже уходить в сторону мультиплеера и отказываться от сюжета напрочь, что лично мне кажется путем для ленивых.

    La peor basura que eh jugado, menos mal que es exclusivo para Xbox one; porque no hubiera sido una buena idea haber frustrado a los usuarios de Ps4 con este "Juego". Además que tiene animaciones y contenido muy mediocre y lleno de errores.

    It is a game that you can play for many hours, but in the end it ends up being somewhat repetitive and boring. In addition, the dubbing to Spanish Castilian does not exist and the graphic quality is not very good. Still I recommend trying it.

    The best survival game in history. Every time you leave the refuge you do not know if you are going to return, you do not know what the trip will bring or who you will find. A couple of details would make it the perfect game.

    Cependant, l'interface générale reste la même ainsi que tous les problèmes du premier jeu, à savoir des mécaniques qui gavent un peu trop rapidement, notamment cet aspect survie très mal fichu et trop contraignant. Il manque en effet toujours de quelque chose alors qu'on se casse le cul à nettoyer au fur et à mesure quelques endroits infestés...

    Il manque donc régulièrement de la bouffe, des médocs, des trucs, des machins et des conneries et les endroits qu'on pourrait revendiquer comme "avant-postes" sécurisés, bah on peut pas parce qu'on ne remplit pas je ne sais combien de conditions à la con... Pareil pour ce qu'on peut théoriquement aménager ou construire dans notre base : il manque toujours des ressources, de la place ou autres conneries à la con...

    Comme dans le premier State, l'inventaire personnel est ultra limité et on passe sa vie à faire des allers et retours pour ramener des sacs et quelques bidules à la base, tout ça pour que ça manque encore et que les autres survivants ne soient là en fait que pour nous casser les couilles avec leur mauvaise humeur (pourquoi le jacuzzi il marche pas ?!).

    Moi aussi, je suis de mauvaise humeur à cause de ce jeu de merde décidément trop merdique et aussi chiant que le premier : tu parles d'une suite...! et deux ans de patches et... tout ça pour ça : c'est toujours de la merde !    … Expand

La parte que más me gusta es la zona de pesadilla. Los desarrolladores han logrado darte la sensación que su apocalipsis zombi es un ecosistema y tu una cucaracha que quedará aplastada si no lo respetas. Its the ideal zombie base building game for a zombie setting. The game is essentially just State of Decay updated for modern gaming along with a number of inprovements. I don't think there is any regression from the first game. If you enjoyed that, you will almost certainly enjoy this game. There is a large patch coming (juggernaut) in a couple of weeks, and after playing I am psyched. It could bring this rating up to a 9! If you have had any curiosity about this game, I would definitely reccomend you get this. Its often on sale nowadays.     What a missed opportunity. There are a good deal of interesting ideas in the game, but they're all overshadowed by poor execution. Poor design choices make this game is so frustrating to play. The game grabs your attention right away as you find and begin to build a settlement and level-up your characters.

    However, the game soon devolves into a series of never-ending chores punctuated by mission that roll in faster than can be addressed. And this is when the frustration really sets in. One of the key aspects of the game is managing inventory and survivors. However, when on a mission, you can't switch between survivors without canceling the mission. Want to switch characters because your currently controlled character injured? Too bad. The game won't allow it without cancelling the mission. Oh, and some missions are on a timer, which is kept a mystery to the player. More than once I've been halfway across the map heading towards a mission only to have it time-out, even though no timer was indicated.
    There are other annoying features as well. The game advises the player to take a companion with you, but most of the time they're so brainless, they only serve as a pack mule to help you carry stuff, but you can't switch to their inventory when on a mission. The game also advises you to use explosives to destroy plague hearts, but as you encounter one, your companion runs up to melee the thing only to be knocked back and injured by your explosives.
    And then there are zombies. The game world populates very fast with zombies. And more than a few times I've cleared out an area only to have a massive hoard of zombies magically appear seconds later and attack me.
    But your enemies aren't all zombies. In this game you are constantly battling against bugs. Your driving full speed and suddenly your vehicle hits an invisible object. Sometimes that invisible object causes your ride to catch fire. Sometimes a bug prevents you from exiting the flaming wreck and you die.
    When your character dies, they're gone from the game. That's it. There's not player-controlled save-game feature, so when the character you've spent hours leveling up suddenly dies due to flaws in the game, it's very frustrating.
    The game's title: State of Decay is an appropriate one as it seems to aptly describe this series.    … Expand

    Trash, this game is sh*t the game-play gets stale pretty fast. First off the NPC's act like babies whining the entire time even if they were begging to join your group, infighting and **** every few seconds, and don't think you can leave base to escape it because they do it over the radio as well.     The game is glitchy as hell, knocking you out of the game even in single player over and over again at the worst times, like while you are driving and then you load in, up the road from your car (it does this in single player as well). To make it worse because of the disconnect and stuttering you can end up totaling a car in the middle of nowhere so that you can enjoy a long hike back to base without the resources you were out collecting.

    Also don't bother taking anyone with you when you go out of base, half the time they won't attack the zombies till they have taken several large bites out of your back stolen your wallet and gave you a swirly. To make followers worse they can be in perfect health and armed to the teeth only to be killed by a foul tempered butterfly. Having said all this, the idea of a good game is in here somewhere, IDK where but it is, but fu*k the NPC **** man at least space that sh*t out a few minutes PLEASE.

    Dont buy this game, dont play this game, people have to learn to put effort into things and developers need to play test their own games.    … Expand

    El juego como multijudaror, ha de ser divertido, pero la verdad como offline deja muchisimo que desear. Historia, personajes, animaciones, entorno (se ve un mundo no preparado, vacio...), los graficos son de 360 la verdad... me ha decepcionado, lo compre (barato la verdad) y no lo he podido acabar... Y mira que los zombies me encantan, pero... no he entrado en el juego para nada.

Tiene numerosos bugs que han ido corrigiendo a lo largo del tiempo, pero los importantes siguenJuego bastante entretenido, con una idea hasta ahora no vista. Trata de sobrevivir manteniendo tu base repleta de recursos, puedes ampliarla de tamaño y modificarla, controlas tantos personajes como seas capaz de convencer y mantener sus necesidades, No va mal de inteligencia artificial.     I really like this game. I can also see why it isn't for everyone (no survival game is). If you like base building games/sim and FPS you will probably enjoy this game.

    EDIT: They have done a good job updating the game and adding new content, including a story mode which is nice.

    - "Área segura permanente" alrededor de la base y puestos de avanzada como se indica en el juego es una broma.

    2) Se suponía que los enclaves (o comunidades de sobrevivientes de NPC) agregaban profundidad al juego al permitir a los jugadores formar relaciones beneficiosas con ellos (a través de la asistencia) o proporcionar conflictos si se vuelven hostiles a su comunidad. Pista: no lo hacen.

    - Los grupos de NPC están ahí para rogarte constantemente ayuda como un grupo de bebés llorones indefensos. En el momento en que no los ayude UNA VEZ, empacarán y se irán, incluso si previamente los ayudó.
    - Estás constantemente abrumado con MÚLTIPLES solicitudes de varios grupos de NPC y no podrás llegar a todas a tiempo antes de que caduquen.
    - Los grupos de NPC no crecen / se expanden ni conducen a historias secundarias más interesantes.
    - La recompensa por ayudarlos es mínima en el mejor de los casos. (influencia agrícola + el recluta extraño)

    3) La historia es un festival de repetición. No lo estropearé aquí, pero solo implica hacer la búsqueda tutorial y luego plagar corazones una y otra vez por un número determinado de veces + una misión heredada (se le asigna uno (de 4 posibles) según el principio de su comunidad líder). El juego literalmente termina una vez que finalizas la misión heredada. Eso es. De Verdad.

    - Muchas misiones secundarias recicladas (por ejemplo, ¡las mejores letras de canciones jamás escritas por npc A al azar!).
    - El trabajo general se vuelve aburrido rápidamente. Nadie en tu comunidad quiere trabajar, siempre serás el tipo que trae los recursos a casa, todos los demás simplemente se sientan en la base y se quejan de cosas, o te sabotean activamente destruyendo recursos en tu arsenal.
    - USTED debe eliminar las infestaciones, todos los demás grupos de sobrevivientes son solo para mostrar.
    4) Errores en abundancia - ¿Atrapado en la pared? comprobar. IU desapareciendo? comprobar. ¿Física extraña que hace que tu auto haga acrobacias después de golpear una barandilla? comprobar. ¿Cámara apagándose? Comprobar. ¿Zombis invisibles que aún pueden masticarte la cara? Comprobar.

    Hay demasiados errores para enumerar. Y aún no hemos comenzado con los errores multijugador todavía. Basta decir que algunos de tus mejores momentos en este juego serían reírte de los errores. Y si me piden que califique su juego en el menú de inicio una vez más ...

    5) Hay muchos otros problemas con este juego para enumerar aquí. Los personajes planos con líneas aburridas sonoras, la mayoría de los zombis se ven iguales, las escaleras se niegan a registrar a tu personaje la mayor parte del tiempo, así que disfruta cayendo a tu muerte a pesar de presionar w como el juego te pide, etc.

    Resumen:
    Evita esta estafa por ahora. Los fanáticos están ocupados enterrando la cabeza en la arena y gritando elogios por esta basura SOD 1.5 que tardó CINCO años en hacerse. Ignórelos: es realmente revelador cuando lo único positivo que la mayoría de ellos puede decir es "si te gusta SOD 1, te encantará SOD 2". Jajajajaja por favor.

    Quienes lo defienden solo lo han jugado en gamepass y pues es obvio ya que este juego raspando cuesta 1 euro.    … Expand

    Over a year later, and hot off the heels of a story expansion (heartland) SOD2 is in a great place. The game has 5 million players and they are adding content.     Looking to the future, undead labs is now owned by microsoft. Personally I think the sky is the limit for this franchise and the team is dedicated to building the ultimate zombie survival game. The only thing left is for xbox to actually invest in the ip, which they fully intend to (otherwise they wouldn't have bought the studio). SOD2 seems to have lacked the funding to have been fully AAA, but i fully expect the franchise to move in that direction.

    After dozen of hours played, i can tell that is one of the best experiences ive played so far in 37 years old. Bugs fixed (99%), great atmosphere, sound, research, etc etc...

    A Must have for action/tactics players.

Because of it's permadeath system there is no lets give that a go, nope that didn't work lets try a different way, instead you have to try and make it go perfect right off the bat or your favourite character may end up dead with no way of ever getting him/her back, once you're dead you stay dead just like if it was a real life apocalypse, decisions have to be made fast with no guidance, there is no sat nav so you need to know where you are going before you head out which may annoy anyone under 30 who can't read a map, this is no brain dead FPS your brain will be constantly active trying to think of multiple things to do at the same time which when you first start out may seem overwhelming. Sometimes ( quite alot actually ) you will have multiple missions with time limits that just aren't possible to do all of them so you have to decide who you abandon and who you save making everyones game uniquely different. Come on people if you woke up tomorrow in a zombie apocaylpse where is your story or would you be more worried where your next meal was coming from, I'm going to lean towards the the latter, the story is what you make it. The game is still very buggy, has no story, horrible vehicle driving functionality (nothing like you’d expect in this decade), and has beyond tedious game play. To make matters worse, they added constant spawning of zombies every few seconds. You can kill every zombie in sight. Then turn you back and 3 more will magically appear. Nothing about the game is difficult, but it does succeed in being annoying with these mechanics. The devs take forever to release an update/patch to correct things, and when they do, they bring in new bugs. Makes people wonder if the devs even play the game they designed.

    The game had a lot of potential but failed in just about everything. And that includes the 15-year-old graphics. SOD1 was much better in just about every aspect. The only thing SOD2 brings to the table is the option to play indefinitely, which you couldn't do in SOD1 since there wasn't any way to generate enough of all needed resources.

    Your typical game session is- Get a call from an enclave (since everyone but you completely incapable of doing anything), drive over to them, accept their demand (which is asking for something), drive to said location on the map that contains what they want, then drive back to them and deliver it, then go drive back home. Your vehicle will either get stuck or flip at least once) spin out a bunch of times, and you’ll need to refuel the at least once car every round trip. All while zombies magically appear and a horrible "glare" effect is occurring on the car. By this time an infestation should appear that you should go clear. If not, your people will start complaining, lowering moral. Outposts are almost pointless as they don't do much.

    Multiplayer is basically you just helping the host do their thing for their base, then disappearing. It can be fun as well but it's not a true multiplayer world. And there is a lot of loading too. Load into your game, then loading to find someone, and finally loading into their game. If you quit or get disconnected, you get sent back to game menu. Then you will have to load back into your game again then start the multiplayer loading(s) again.    … Expand

    this game is basically state of decay 1 with co-op added. They were too lazy to even develop a new map or change around the old map that much, they reused all assets. Lazy cash grab off adding co-op which should have been just a dlc to the first one but they got greedy with it.

    O jogo é bom. Bem diferente dos jogos de zumbis que já estamos acostumados. Não é só matar zumbis, tem que cuidar de uma comunidade inteira, são vários personagens e três mapas diferentes

    I downloaded this game from Xbox game pass and I've played this game a lot for over 3 days. I think it's great so far. They seem to have ironed out most of the bugs since the May release, and it is running very smoothly.

    The game play is very entertaining and the driving, gun play and zombie killing is satisfying. With perma-death for the characters I find the tension really does build (although the characters aren't too fleshed out, they are interesting enough you don't want them to die), and running low on ammo on a run or bumping into a dangerous mutated zombie is actually pretty scary. The base building seems OK. Although I'm terrible at it, I think that's me rather than game imbalance.

    So dull. Run around, fetch some stuff, bad combat mechanics, noisy and slow searching through everything, I gave up after a few hours. I thought games were meant to be fun?

    It really isn't all I hoped it would be, but it isn't terrible by any stretch.. I guess what it comes down to is, it just plain isn't as much fun as the original.

    I had great hopes going into this game, they were quickly dissolved. The gameplay is repetitive and fails to live up to it's predecessor. It has redeeming factors as a game in it's own right, but it fails to add much new in comparison to the first State of Decay. I wouldn't recommend buying this to much people, unless they're a huge fan of the zombie survival genre.

    State of Decay is a tricky beast. I can understand why so many people are down on the game, but it's very much a Marmite game.

    You're either going to really enjoy the gameplay, the world and what you can do in it... Or you'll focus far too much on the negatives and probably rush through the game and not have fun.     I think some people play games to blitz through a story and tick off the "complete" box, but this isn't really a good game for that. I've not done the maths but I would hazard a guess that if you did that the game would be just a couple of hours long and likely you'd miss out on a lot of the mechanics. The fact is there's very little in terms of story in the game, it's not really what the game is about...

    If you're treating it a little more as the survival game it's intended to be, then you'll find a lot of fun - it's good to go exploring, trying to find bits and bobs for your base and to find other survivors, I enjoyed finding a new camp and trying to learn each area and in turn form a well established camp of survivors with allies around the map. The random events worked well and the new (albeit few) mechanics since the first game were welcome.

    It's definitely a recommended game if you enjoy survival games, zombies and the opportunity to play some co-op stuff and if you go in knowing what to expect you'll have a blast - but it's definitely not for everyone.    … Expand

    Innovations in State of Decay 2 don´t solve any problems, but rather add some more. The game unnecessarily forces on its multiplayer and feels very impersonal. [Issue#287]

    State of Decay 2 is going to be very hit and miss for a number of people. If you can ignore the flaws, there is a fun game to be had when played with a friend. That said, even if you ignore its flaws, you can’t deny that this game was not ready for release.

    Generally State of Decay 2 looks more like a remaster of the original game than a true sequel. It just does not expand the formula enough and still contains too many repetitive activities that make you go through the motions for the sake of getting it done. That’s why I recommend playing it in short sessions. I have no doubt that people unfamiliar with the first State of Decay will enjoy the second one much more, as everything will be new to them.
