This game is not good. It plays fine at best but there is nothing else of value to experience. This is shovelware and feels like something that would be a dollar or two on the app store, and looks like it too. There is no reason why this game should drop in performance as much as it does. The nerve to ask THIRTY DOLLARS for this. There’s better ways to spend $30 and better racing games… my god there are waaaaaaaaaaay better racing games.

Speed 3: Grand Prix on Xbox promises an exciting concept that it simply fails to provide. The main Tournament mode doesn’t offer much longevity, the actual gameplay is a messy affair – although not in the way it’s intended – and it lacks any sort of fun factor.

On paper Speed 3: Grand Prix isSpeed 3: Grand Prix is a racing video game developed by Lion Castle Entertainment and published by GS2 Games. On paper Speed 3: Grand Prix is a Formula One style simulation racing combined with aggressive arcade style of Burnout. You have an energy bar and if you crash into another car or hit the barriers the bar will deplete, resulting in losing a vital part of your car, eventually you blow up if you encounter too much damage. You can also damage the other cars and blow them up, if you hit them perfectly you can take-down multiple cars for a combo it's fun meaningless arcade action. You can explode other cars and take-down your enemies but game gives you nothing oher than an edge on the competiion of successfully doing so, no bonus points or other rewards for doing do so successfully (and it's not exactly easy to do without harming yourself)- Nor does it have any relevance to the outcome of the race. There are three modes available in Single-player: Tournament, Quick Race and Time Trial. Tournament is like a simple career mode choose a car and win as many races as possible. Quick Race lets you choose one of the game's six tracks but all of them pretty simple except for the Japan track. There is also split-screen mode so you can play along with your friends. Speed 3: Grand Prix promises an exciting concept but fails to do it right by combining the takedown mechanic. If you stay away from trying to crash other vehicles and play as a typical arcade style racer I found my experience to be more enjoyable. Expand
