I have sunk a great deal of hours into MMO’s over the years and I’ve had a lot of very enjoyable moments over the years as well. Thankfully Skyforge is a very good addition to the MMO genre and I can see it providing enjoyable moments for some time to come. There is a decent amount of content for you to sink your teeth into and the best thing is that each different mode is very fun and each mode has quite clearly had a lot of effort put into them. I will say though that the side missions can become boring quite quickly and the main reason for that is the lack of variety they have. Thankfully the game doesn’t suffer with a lack of variety in other areas though, and that’s especially the case when it comes to the enemies you face in the game. Each enemy gives you a different challenge and this means things stay fresh and interesting, which is great. The character creation in the game also has a lot of variety, and without a doubt it offers you character creations that are up there with the best game’s in the genre. I will say however that in order to get the best loot you will have to grind for considerable periods and this can become boring after a while. The presentation side of the game has quite a lot of good going for it, especially when it came to the visuals. Visually the game can look fantastic at times and it offers you lots of detail, which is great. The sound design can also be good at times, but I must admit that I was looking for a lot more from the voice acting in the game. At the end of the day I can definitely see Skyforge getting a healthy fan base here on Xbox One, and I can definitely see the game going from strength to strength over time. At the moment it does have a few niggling problems here and there but these can be easily rectified. If you like MMO’s that offer you a fun and challenging time then you can definitely do far worse than Skyforge.… Expand
