All of the demons in the castle were taken prisoner except for one lone skeleton named 'Skul'.

    Skul is no ordinary skeleton. In addition to his formidable fighting skills, he can gain new and exciting abilities depending on which skull he's wearing.Use up to 2 skulls at a time, each of which has its own unique attack range, speed and power. So choose ones that match your playing style and switch them in the heat of battle to bring your enemies to their knees. The power is in your hands!

    Skul keeps you coming back for just one more go, and before you know it the clock has struck midnight and the whole evening has disappeared. The hook to keep playing is very strong, and it’s rewarding to see enemies you initially struggled with start to become easier as you get stronger and learn more about them.

    Despite the minor problems, Skul is an immensely enjoyable, constantly surprising and great looking roguelike adventure that comes well recommended.

    This game is probably the best rougelike I have played in terms of ways you can beat the game. Firstly this game has so much replay valueThis game is probably the best rougelike I have played in terms of ways you can beat the game. Firstly this game has so much replay value mainly due to there being so many different types of skuls and items you can find and use. Secondly, the combat is very addictive and satisfying and when you finally get that item you have been looking for to complete you set it makes it very rewarding. This game is slightly let down by the lack of story and repetitive bosses but there is a high variety of enemies. This is the joint best rouglike I have played along with Hades. Also the constant updates means that there is usually something new every month.… Expand
