    I would highly recommend giving Seasons After Fall a play, no matter whether you like platforming, puzzling or just foxes.

    The game is a fun, pretty experience with only occasional frustration resulting from finding oneself running around in circles. Seasons after Fall is a rare treat that shouldn't be missed.

    It's not Ori and the Blind Forest, but his astonishing art design speaks for himself. A game that reminds us the importance of the seasons though a beautiful design that we will love from the first instance.

    Seasons After Fall provides a decent platforming experience elevated by great art direction and a cute little character in the form of a fox. There are a ton of platformers and puzzle games on the market, some even with foxes of their own, and though many surely have more rewarding gameplay, Season After Fall’s aesthetic makes it stand out.

    Seasons after Fall is a lovely looking adventure that has some charm and decent gameplay, but it gets far too bogged down with repetition in the second half and this ultimately leaves an unsatisfying impression.

    I wanted to like Seasons After Fall more than I did. I've gushed about it's breathtaking beauty and the relaxed pace was a welcome change from the fast shooters we're used to seeing. However the mysterious puzzles soon started to grate and the amount of backtracking was insane. The developers certainly show great potential, but unfortunately Seasons After Fall isn't quite the sleeper hit I was hoping for.

    The art style is amazing and the first part of the game is well designed. However, the second part is vague and tedious to go through! I feel like the Devs have designed the game and felt that it's short so they added the second part, made it tedious, and hoped that the result is a lengthy game that everyone is going to enjoy.

    The visual aspect of the game is awe inspiring and the music is breathtaking. I enjoy the music with great alacrity, so I have started working on a guitar cover for one of the songs. Throughout the game, you feel captured in a world of fantasy and beauty. I feel the need to just take a moment to look around and see everything and take it in. And the fact that they made the game available in many different languages makes a difference. The soundtrack for the game is now even available on 2 vinyl records. I would thoroughly enjoy another installment of Seasons After Fall, but the lack of advertisement has brought the game down since its release. The story of the game is easy to follow and the game lets you roam around and explore the world and its beautiful aesthetics. In conclusion, it is a work of art, and the time it took to make was truly worth the awe-inspiring moments I experienced.    … Full Review »
