    A great looking, challenging rogue-like game with a crazy heavy metal soundtrack to pump you up. Some people may be turned off because of the high difficulty, but if you keep with it, you will find your skill level will improve making the game easier.

    This is a roguelite with a great combat system, really tight controls and beautiful art style, but its novelty wears off sooner that we would have liked.

    ScourgeBringer is a fun but extremely difficult roguelike that'll appeal to a very niche crowd. If you enjoy a soul-crushing challenge then go ahead but be warned; it's one of the most frustratingly difficult games out there and it punishes you heavily for your mistakes.

From the developers of NeuroVoider, ScourgeBringer is a fast-paced free moving roguelite plat-former. Set in a post apocalyptic world where a mysterious entity wreaked havoc on all humanity, ScourgeBringer puts you in the shoes of the deadliest warrior of her clan: Kyhra. Help her to explore the unknown and slash her way through ancient machines guarding the seal of her past, and maybe the redemption of humanity. Let's hope you guys not having any eye issues while playing ScourgeBringer because it might be hard to follow from time to time you need to keep yourself very focused .Despite the game in pixel arts - I've never seen softer pixel arts before in a game. This kind of graphic style mostly means "it's not about the graphics it's about the gameplay" to me but for some reason this games graphics feels better than Watch Dogs Legions??? A game that provides you an extreme combat feelings and sounds are in harmony - graphics are smooth easy to understand hard to master.

    I’ll admit that I was unable to beat this game. It is hard and stingy with its healing items. Also, I had too much pride to use the game’sI’ll admit that I was unable to beat this game. It is hard and stingy with its healing items. Also, I had too much pride to use the game’s accessibility options for my benefit lol. You can make the game extremely easy. This is a solid roguelite with light platforming and bullet hell elements. Combat is swift and challenging, but the hit boxes are occasionally inconsistent, which lead to a few cheap shots. Also, for a game where you’ll die often, the number of guns, mods, and upgrades was underwhelming. It made the game feel repetitive pretty fast.

    Despite my failure, I enjoyed this game a lot. I was heartbroken by a few of my deaths, but I did not hesitate to retry. Definitely try this if you are a fan of roguelites or 2D action games in general.    … Full Review »

    gameplay: 7/10: slightly repetitive because at one point you will hit a brick but is super fun and engaging so it doesn’t matter that much.

    story: 6/10: it serves it purpose but isn’t the greatest.

    controls: 9/10: Super duper responsive and easy to learn, but hard to master.

    overall: 7/10: definitely a must play. You won’t get bored as it has endless replay ability.    … Full Review »
