    I cannot iterate enough that your time and money should only be invested if you like games that make fun of themselves, other games, pop culture, and never once takes itself seriously.

    Saints Row IV: Re-Elected is a middling port that mixes thoroughly entertaining gameplay with the odd technical issue, including an imperfect frame rate. Those who love the series and can overlook the odd issue should still pick it up, but technophiles will likely want to stay clear.

    This game is the same "stupid" fun which I liked in "Saints Row The Third". And it cleverly re-uses the city of that game too. The soundtrack is a complete banger, as always, and the humor is also as 'out there' as you'd expect.

    I would have given this game a 9 (because I enjoyed playing it a lot), but I have to take a point off (just like for Saints 3) for some of the bugs that are in the game. The game got stuck a few times (requiring a restart to fix it), and sometimes something didn't register correctly making it impossible to complete a mission. But as the missions are usually not that long, and the game picks up where it left off quite quickly, I can get over that.    … Full Review »
