Regions of Ruin is an enjoyable and compelling mix of role-playing, exploration, city-building, and crafting (and more) done right. It’s easy to pick up and play and varied enough in it’s execution to keep it interesting. It’s fun and easy to recommend.

I’m no stranger to games that ask a player to grind repetitive tasks, and I’m also no stranger to games that don’t really have a clear goal to be working toward. Where most of those games succeed though is in having interesting characters, visuals or gameplay. Regions of Ruin on the other hand, much like a sandwich without strawberry jam, is an uninteresting and bland experience.

Overall a very fun game at a low price. it is very similar to the kingdom series, but is much deeper, and also contains more grinding.

Regions of Ruins: When you begin to the game you have nothing but an axe and a shield. After you play couple hours you are going to realizeRegions of Ruins: When you begin to the game you have nothing but an axe and a shield. After you play couple hours you are going to realize that you have built a civilization. Despite the fact that most of kingdom building games don't have a special character that you can fully control. But in Regions of Ruins you have a character that you control while fighting while recruiting wizards, rangers, knights, etc. to help you in battle. The map of the game is huge you need to discover it by using food to collect food
you need to put workers on farm to get workers you need to raid to goblin forts to rescue them and to put them to the farms or something else to collect supplies you first need to place that have some supplies for your workers to collect. Everything is connected this game is on another level and you keep grinding on and on. There's runes and puzzles on the game that I ain't gonna talk about because
it should be a suprise for you! Still so much to say about the game but even if we write couple pages about it won't be enough as Regions Of Ruin really deservers some love, trust me you're gonna like it!
