    Well, R.B.I Baseball 21 is a fair baseball game, even with the new create a player and the new commentary. The gameplay has some new changes but it's still flawed and buggy. Animations isn't solid however. The graphics is OK. But at times there can be some bugs and glitches. I have a hard time trying to recommend this game because it's a MLB game.
