I waisted $40 on this game because I thought it would be fun to play the old fashion type of ball game, but man, this game plain out just sucks! doesnt keep stats and it doesnt have many modes

Ok so the critics bashed this one pretty hard. The game is just $20 and while the graphics are from 10 years ago and the gameplay is arcadeish at best with some limited controls I found it quite easy for my 8 year old to just pick it up and get going. It's also a bit refreshing to not hear the same talk over and over from the announcers. plus it does move quick so thats plus

I buy this every year, and it continually gets better. The wall jumps and fielding are some of the smoothest I've enjoyed in a baseball video game, and while feeling more modern than the old RBI titles of days past, it still retains the presence of the game I owned way back in 1989! Keep up the great work!

This is generally a painful experience. It's painful to see the only MLB option on Xbox One flounder again for a third year in its new lease on life.

Three years in, you might think that its makers would've stumbled across something vaguely resembling a formula that works — and yet, here's this game, showing that such expectations are entirely incorrect.

Three years into the reboot of the R.B.I. Baseball series and it's still a completely uninspired mobile-quality game being sold for four times as much on consoles. It's a shame that Xbox owners have now gone several years without a having a legitimate MLB game but it's been even longer since a quality one was released for a Microsoft system.
