Simple, no-frills and somewhat entertaining. Don't expect much out of the gates with this one, though for a quick fix of your baseball needs, it does the trick. If MLB Advanced Media are serious about keeping baseball alive on non-Sony consoles, they'd better be looking at that game and taking notes (or, failing that, at The Show itself), because as it stands, their efforts just aren't cutting it.

Despite being an improvement upon last year's release, R.B.I. Baseball 15 is a glitchy and lacklustre effort that lacks any passion for the sport it is trying to replicate.

If RBI Baseball keeps improving at this rate, it should catch up to Sony’s MLB: The Show series by 2045 or so.
