And that's just a short review, not all parts of the game, and it's just a summary.
You can easily use the phrase "Where is the story" for this game. Not only does the game not have an interesting story, but it also has a very illogical and superficial story.
But the good thing is that the gameplay is smooth and exemplary. -

Feb 3, 2021This game is meant to be a retro type game with elements of Doom and Duke Nukem 3D, in terms of story the game is a 2/10. But other than the story the game is easily an 8/10 from the number of guns and the number and variety of enemies

Jul 2, 2020Project Warlock is an interesting blend of nostalgia and modern but works quite well overall, save for a few minor issues. I can appreciate someone loving a genre so much that they want to create their own take on it, but it’s even better when they succeed, like they have here. It certainly won’t be for everyone, but for those like myself that grew up on 2.5D games like these, I came away more than impressed.

Jun 30, 2020Project Warlock isn’t going to set the world on fire, but what it sets out to do it does well. I found myself loving certain sections while struggling with others. With a few tweaks it could easily become a fan-favorite title that scratches that itch so many other games attempt and fail at.

Jun 29, 2020If you played first-person shooters in the early '90s then you'll love what Project Warlock offers with its fantastical spin on the genre.
