    Pilot Sports is a good bit of fun, but could have featured more. At $19.99, you’re still getting a decent deal here, but I’d happily pay that bit extra for more content (a larger world, online multiplayer and leader boards). Achievement hunters will likely lap up Pilot Sports, as just there are just 14 to round up for the full 1000G.

    Whether the developers were aiming too high with their comparisons with Pilotwings I can’t say, but the game stands as an example of what happens when you take a good idea and don’t give it enough care and attention. With three mates it is fun, but as a single player experience its ultimately disappointing.

Fly around the island with a Plane, Jet Pack, and Hang Glider, or plummet towards the the island in free fall and deploy your Parachute! With 7 kinds of challenges, strive for the gold medal to unlock new courses for you to take on. Chose from 8 uniquely stylized characters to pilot with! The game play is reminiscent of the Pilotwings games, with simple clean controls, and beautiful graphics. The island themed music is fun and upbeat, the kind of sounds that keep a smile on your face. The coltrols are simple enough nearly anyone can play, and mastering each aircraft is a challenge. When you unlock some of the higher levels, you also begin to use better vehicles! The third set of courses upgrades your Bi-Plane to a sleeker faster Crop Duster style plane model for example. The courses themselves are straight forward enough, but stay challenging start to finish. The only thing i felt was missing is the ability to turn your camera while flying without turning your aircraft, take a look towards other goals, and with all this beautiful terrain to see it would have been a lovely feature. Pilot Sports is a relaxing game, enjoyable by flight lovers of all ages! If you loved Pilotwings, or Flying in general this game is a must!… Expand
