This game has something for everyone with options for both an authentic simulation mode or an explosive arcade style of gameplay. While most bowling games fall very short, PBA Pro Bowling 2021 rises up with an amazing simulation mode with the best pin physics to date of any bowling game. This is difficult as most games struggle with creating realistic pinball, however PBA Pro Bowling 2021 pulls it off. Even the arcade mode is still challenging enough that you won't be bowling a 300 every game or find yourself struggling to play the game decently. The AI seems to curve with how well or poorly you bowl. The career mode can be experienced in both a realistic simulation mode or the silky arcade mode where you continue to be able to control your balls trajectory all the way down the lane. There are even special balls you can use to pick up splits with a slip ball or blow the pins down with bomb ball. There's also an electricity ball of sorts that nocks pins down near the field around the ball. I found myself initially sinking into the arcade mode and still having a blast as a real bowler whom could have received his pro card and has a family history of Pro bowlers in the family. Be prepare to grind XP and golden pins to use as currency in the game store to unlock balls and these balls will allow you to gain on the grind with higher XP, golden pins, or tickets with a type shot like a strike or a spare or some even a certain +# by throw. The grind allows you to actually play through the tournament as you level up your player and continue to earn trophies and unlock heavier and better equipment. If you are a real bowler the games pace is good with the skip with the great A button, so ignore the nay sayers this game is truly exceptional. I can't get enough of the game and I still have so much t do and will be getting back to it as the holiday slowdown is finally here so I can get back to bowling on my Xbox Series X with PBA Pro Bowling 2021.
