    Nubarron: The adventure of an unlucky gnome on Xbox is a great little indie platformer; one that is perfect for lockdown life. It will transport you to a magical, whimsical world full of colour, delight, and strange angry clouds. Even though it's a short experience, that is truly reflected in the price tag; it will easily provide some entertainment for those long winter days.

While searching for it, a cloud suddenlyNubarron: The Adventure of an Unlucky Gnome sets you off to play as a gnome who lost his lucky hat. While searching for it, a cloud suddenly appears over your head and follows you everywhere you go. The cloud seems to be most sultry as it sometimes assists you but often just kills you with lightning. There are times when you can control the clouds lightning, and there are times when the cloud kills you whenever you stop moving. I prefer the times when you can roast harmless little rabbits or the spiked crab like mushroom creatures with its fury. When trying to ask the wise owl how to get rid of the cloud, the cloud shoots one of its lightning bolts at Nubarron, the encyclopedia of the forest which scatters its pages everywhere. Your task becomes to collect all the pages, learning about the forest and its inhabitants this way. Guide Gnome across the dangers of this twisted fairytale world. Can you break the curse that made that annoying cloud appear? Can you recover his stolen Lucky Hat? Can you trust your friends? Find out in Nubarron, a casual puzzle plat-former set in a beautiful digital world full of weird and quite unique creatures you'll have to deal with. Unfortunately, that is not the only bad luck hanging over his head. Because as soon you begin the search, a mysterious cloud suddenly appears. Stormy and unpredictable, the cloud is sometimes helpful, but sometimes Gnome has to run for its life if the cloud has also aimed it at you in the darkest of moods. This keeps you on your toes in the end and the games price of admission isn’t steep either. So if you’re looking for a something different on your Xbox then this is an option for your luckiest or unluckiest adventure that awaits in the Xbox digital games store.… Expand
