    2K needs to stop making annual sporting titles. Each year, the actually good content progressively deteriorates and is replaced by a mess of microtransactions and bugs.

He stole my boyfriend away and it’s annoying because he’s addicted and committed to that game so once he’s playing he’s playing. I want ronnie fired, he lied about the whole thing and hyped 2k20 up when it is actual trash. y’all spent your money on WACK.     Pretty **** game, very buggy and never works right. All these games are just a way to make money and pay to win, officially done with the 2k franchise and playing games that I don’t have to pay / grind my ass off to play

    Easily worst 2k of all time. Worst than 2k19 at almost every single aspect possible. Also worth mentioning my career mode is unplayable without spending at least another 25 dollars on the game. why should we be surprised though, 2k milking us for our money has become the norm. This game is also probably why ronnie2k can’t get any girls.

    2k20 is by far the biggest waste of money on a game. Who ever is developing these games is obviously complete garbage at basketball because the game has hardly any real basketball going on. It’s all layup animations and dunk animations. Instead of creating fake unreal basketball play how about we make a **** game that actually has some real basketball being played. Also why have percentages on defense when those don’t matter at all. People will hit shots on you consistently even with 100 percent coverage. Your disappointing most of your gamers and in a few years if nothing changes this game will be non existent.… Expand

    This game is garbage. Where do I start. You miss easy layups for no reason. Free throw meter don’t come up until too late. Hard to tell when to release free throws. Players AI on offense s and defense is atrocious. You can’t make a wide open shot to save your life. The only thing good is the graphics. This is the worst 2k basketball

    The 2k franchise has become a loved basketball game franchise and made a variety of good games, for example 2k10, 2k16 and 2k17. It has usually been the go-to for basketball video games. But this year, the 2k20 game was especially good. It had great multiplayer gamemodes and absolutely no lag or error codes and is completely different from last years.     As of today, I have broken 3 controllers and TV over this game. Having bought every 2k since 2k6, I vow to never buy a game from this garbage, cash-grabbing franchise again.

Jump shooting is close to impossible, and don’t even try to go in for a layup with anyone because it will not go in, apparently in the nba it is impossible to make a layup. This game is the only basketball game out there so that’s why it’s the “best” there’s no other nbaOne of the most unrealistic, most horribly made sports game to ever be created. Your ratings mean absolutely nothing, and neither does taking good shots. I cannot begin to express the disproportionate amount of wide open shots I’ve seen me and my teammates miss in the rec while some random guy hits an early 77 percent contested shot over someone. Also 2k fails to release any sort of decent patch notes, constantly wants you to spend money to have any sort of relevance as a player, and knows they’ve made a horrible, trash video game, but they don’t care because they already have your money. I’ve tried time and time again to enjoy this game, but it continuously disappoints with its horrible representation of what a basketball simulation should be. 2k peaked back with 2k11.… Expand

    This games eats arse. none of my friends like it, the game play and dribbling is **** i made a slasher with a **** 95 driving dunk and i couldn't even dunk on my friends smurf that had a 50 block and 60 contest. DO NOT BUY. Shooting is very flawed because a someone with a 45 three can pull up in your eyes and drain it. **** me i want to kill whoever coded and let this game pass.

Everyone must be bought and paid for to even post a review here under the guise of "videogame critic." Bulletstorm is an 80.... this game is a 30, 40 at best.     I'll be honest, I got this game on sale (deluxe edition) for $25 and I still feel ripped off. TakeTwo interactive is cancerous, and so is this game.     Game is **** trash. Especially MyPlayer. 2k should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such a god awful game. I don’t even write reviews but I had to tell everyone how trash it was. Worst 2k of the last decade. Only thing good about it is that the graphics are ok. B+ at best graphics. Everything else **** sucks. **** NBA2K20 AND RONNIE 2K

    Overall, NBA 2K20 is still the best basketball game on the planet and that doesn’t look to be changing any time soon. While some fans may be upset about microtransactions, it’s not a requirement to play the game. At this point, however, it seems like as long as NBA 2K is the best game out there, microtransactions will be here to stay.

    The shame of all this is that without these practices, NBA 2K20 can stand tall as the best basketball sim available. Even running unopposed with the retirement of the NBA Live franchise, it continues to get better and better on the court, but serious issues surrounding that experience leave it feeling less and less impressive year on year. Here’s hoping 2K can end that trend.

    With new console hardware expected to arrive by late 2020, there’s a good chance much of 2K Sports’ design and programming teams are hard at work making the most of new technology. However, that doesn’t excuse the visual and gameplay gaps that shouldn’t be here. That said, NBA 2K20 is still a fantastic basketball sim with enough modes and features to keep fans busy until those revolutionary next steps start to come in over the next few years.
