    Milestone manages to improve on the previous game with lots of contents, technical improvements and new modes. Too bad for the 30 fps frame-rate, a bit restrictive in a racing game; at least on Xbox One X we'd have liked the option to choose between resolution and performance.

    Overall MotoGP 19 is a fantastic racer that delivers the quintessential motorbike racing experience in a way we as gamers have never experienced before. Despite this though, I do feel that $49.99 is a bit too high. Let me explain why as this pertains to how I value the content within the title itself. For me, MotoGP 19's multiplayer and quick race options don't really interest me. Its pro mode career is something that not only will leave me frustrated to the point of not playing the game, but also provides such an experience that it doesn't keep my desire to continue playing. Where MotoGP 19 really shines is in the standard career mode and its historical challenges.

    MotoGP 19 is a big step forward compared to its predecessor. The game has a lot of content to keep you entertained. It’s a shame that there are a few annoying bugs that Milestone will hopefully patch in an update.

    Whether you’re a fan of MotoGP or motorbikes in general, MotoGP 19 should be at the top of your list when picking up a new racing game. It may not have the variety of bikes offered by the RIDE series, or offer the tension of TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge, but none of those compare when it comes to the actual act of racing.

    MotoGP 19 is a little revolution gameplay wise. The inclusion of the new system of physics and ANNA, the new artificial intelligence, makes this new part one of the best products of Milestone. However, there is still a long way to go to become a true exponent in the genre of driving.

Over the past couple of years the MotoGP franchise has seen quite a few significant improvements implemented which have made them much more enjoyable. MotoGP 19 has carried on the improvement, and I'd say this is the most realistic experience that’s been delivered by Milestone to date. This immersive feeling is enhanced thanks to the very realistic and challenging gameplay which might I add gives you a great sense of achievement when you finally win a race, especially when challenging players online. Winning a race might take you a while though because the simulation present is challenging, so expect a few frustrating moments as you learn the ropes. When you do get the feel of the controls, it will make you appreciate the refined bike physics and it will also make you impressed with just how clever the AI is. MotoGP 19 has a lot for you to play, so expect it to consume a quality amount of your time. The overall content is very good but a few minor issues to deal with on occasion. None of these bugs are too problematic and I’m sure these will be easily fixed with a patch. MotoGP 19 is another step in the right direction for the series, it isn’t perfect but it gets so much right that you tend to forget about the little issues and instead all you end up focusing on the very realistic, competitive, and immersive racing. MotoGP 19 is definitely the best in the series, hopefully we will see even more improvements in any updates to the game and in 2020.… Full Review »
