Apr 24, 2019The new MK is dissapointing. What was previously a good franchise decided this time to go woke and embrace politics. Women cant show any skin but its okay for parents to kill their children and vice versa. Political correctness in games is already stupid but its even worse when it happens in Mortal Kombat that until now was the most anti political correctness franchise of all.

Apr 24, 2019Utterly disgraceful mtx practices. Extremely grindy if you want to unlock even a fraction of unlockables.

Apr 24, 2019What a disappointing entry in the MK franchise!
A lot of fan favourites are missing (Mileena, Rain, Sindel, Smoke...). The story is abysmal, makes no sense at all -
Apr 23, 2019Mortal Kombat 11 is a must. NetherRealm Studios continues to create great fighting games with compelling stories, even in the goofiest of video game universes. Every minute of my day,

Apr 23, 2019From a combat system that's as polished and exciting as it gets to various game modes that offer something for every kind of player, this will be a game that others will mimic and learn from for years to come.

Apr 23, 2019The game is ok. Good graphics, sound and gameplay. This includes Microtransaction, Lootboxes and a calculated grind to match. I paid full price and this game is a scamm. DO NOT BUY IT! (or buy it when it is 1.99 in a wallmart basket)

Apr 23, 2019Another game ruined by sjw agenda and excessive mtx
Complete garbage, don't even waste your time -
Apr 23, 2019I won't pretend it's about the SJW bs or the microtransactions.
I just wanted one thing: Mileena to be in the game.
She's not in, so the game isn't delivering imo.

Apr 23, 2019No Milly and much disrespect for us fans of her = Not my game = No money from me.
-
Apr 23, 2019The gameplay mechanics are superb but the grind and towers and krypt systems are so egregious that it needs to be completely overhauled. It's worse than battlefront 2.

Apr 23, 2019I love MK. I remember the first time playing with my brother on a small TV. I was really hyped for this one, only to find a random lottery-krypt and insane unbalanced towers.
The game looks cool, I like the story too, but this kind of grind is made PURPOSEFULLY so people get tired/angry and spend (more) money.
Shame on you NRS. -

Apr 23, 2019I was looking forward to this game, but microtransactions is an absolute no go. What a disgrace!

Apr 23, 2019Online ONLY features?
Everything is locked behind an online unnecessary wall to make it more of a grind.
The fighting might be fun but no one has time to seat there and grind that much unless this is your only game left to play in the world.
0.0 out 10.0 for screwing your fans
Thank you IGN for OMITTING the online only stuff from the review...very "honest" on your part. -

Apr 23, 2019Absolute garbage, pay2win, a total waste of money. Why?
1. Predatory monetization: Extremely grindy in an unfair way designed to make you spend real money.
2. Missing fan favorite characters like Smoke, Reptile, Mileena etc.
3. SJW/Feminist/Political agenda forced into the game. -

Jun 19, 2019The gameplay is still filled with the gruesome and gory violence that we’ve come to know and love, the extensive character customization is a welcome addition and the chance of pace is something this longtime fan appreciates. Mortal Kombat 11 is definitely something that any fighting game aficionado should add to their Kollection.

Official Xbox Magazine UKJun 5, 2019In some ways there are only marginal and cosmetic differences from Mortal Kombat XL. That’s no bad thing, as fans of the series as well as fans of NetherRealm’s last fighter, Injustice 2, will be comfortable with the feel and mechanics, but those tweaks and enhancements, as well as the excellent story mode, mean that with MK11, Mortal Kombat has pretty much now been perfected. May 13, 2019With a deep but logical fighting system, heaps of gruesome over-the-top violence and a lovably insane cinematic story mode, Mortal Kombat 11 is an excellent fighting game that should have something for just about every fan of the series, let down only somewhat by a greasy and convoluted customisation system driven by loot boxes and grinding.
