Mar 5, 2021Monster Jam Steel Series 2 is back with this new game that improves on its predecessor in every way. More vehicles more competitions and a lot more fun thanks to the long-awaited arrival of multiplayer mode.
-
Mar 10, 2021There are many trucks to level up and many customization skins to unlock by earning XP with each of the 8 groups of trucks and finding all the collectibles on top of secret vehicles. Overall, this is a fun arcade racer with some issues, but none that are game breaking.

Mar 1, 2021Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 may not be the prettiest, and the handling can be a pain, but there's plenty to unlock and more than enough events to get stuck into.
-
Mar 1, 2021Even though Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 on Xbox looks to seriously build on what its predecessor delivered, there are a few elements which hold it back from really providing the goods. The camera is god awful, the picky track limits system is a pain, and there are only so many times you can go flying through the air pulling off stunts before the whole thing gets boring. The open world has some serious promise, especially with the multitude of secrets that are hidden within, but a bit more shiny wax needs to be applied for this monster truck to start to gleam.

Mar 25, 2021Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 is yet another game in the genre that will be forgotten. Rainbow Studios has been one of the most prolific in mud-based racing games for a long time. They have crafted some of the best off-road endeavors I have ever played. This is sadly not one of them. It feels like a second thought as far as execution goes. Like they had a license and a chance to make a sequel and just pumped it out with little fanfare. I wanted to love it, but sadly it will be relegated to just a memory in a few weeks’ time.
-
Mar 4, 2021Rainbow Studios has been responsible for some top-notch, mudslinging racers over the years, but Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 isn’t one of them. The racing is serviceable enough and the themed worlds are a cute idea, but its bland and poorly presented, chore-like approach to its career content turns one of the most grin-inducing spectacles in motorsport into a remarkably dull experience.
-
May 29, 2021Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 almost gets there but it’s just not consistently fun enough to warrant ongoing play. The open worlds are large and some of them are well designed, but there just isn’t really anything to do other than drive around. The races themselves are too much of a mixed bag, mixing some exciting races with other tracks that would better suit a Rally Car rather than a Monster Truck. The arena challenges are fun for a while but they become too repetitive to keep going back to.
