    If your just looking to play a digital Monopoly game, than Monopoly plus is all you need. If you however want to rename every property like your local town. Or just be like a 12 year boy and name every property something vulgar, than the family pack may be just what the doctor ordered.

    Either way the core game remains in tact. Buying either of these will give you a solid digital copy of Monopoly. Though with family pack I believe you can really change up the rules. The game is what you expect of Monopoly. You can choose between 6 house rules (one per game). Up to 6 people can play. It can be any combination of human or AI opponents. AI opponents can be set to 4 different levels of difficulty. You can also play locally with up to 6 people. And you can play online.

    I found the voice for the Monopoly guy to be annoying. Mainly because the voice actor sounds too young to match the older looking Monopoly guy. The music is okay, but thankfully you can turn any sound effects you don't like off.

    It takes a couple of times to play through, but eventually you see the board is set up to easily let you see what properties are owned, up for sale or mortgaged. You can also easily click and make trades. The AI opponents also seem to have specific play styles. So once you recognize this and remember the name associated with it. You can make trades appropriately. I.E. some AI are cheap. Some are aggressive, etc.    … Expand
