Little Kite is a point-and-click story driven adventure.

The game highlights the problems of an unsuccessful family, in which one person has given up, and another tries to correct mistakes of the past. The main characters are Mary and her son Andrew. After the death of her husband, Mary married for a second time, to Oliver, in an attempt to create a full-fledged family for her son. But everyday, problems consume the new husband and he finds his solace in alcohol. Soon, they find domestic violence becomes commonplace.

Mary's patience and inaction, so habitual and convenient for everyone but little Andrew, brings the life of their family to an extreme point -- a point where she needs to make a bold decision.

Whilst Little Kite is certainly a worthwhile experience, it must be said that localisation isn’t a strong point with numerous grammatical issues including misspelt words and missing punctuation, but it certainly isn’t any reason not to jump into this fantastic story.

Little Kite will take you around 4 to 5 hours to complete, maybe less if you're clever and nail the puzzling situations. It’s a well created experience, and is great to see something tackle new and fervent ground in its subject matter. The artwork is amazing and the world created brilliantly realised, however the controls feel awkward at times and the speed of the cursor is annoying.
