I must admit that I enjoy the LEGO game’s and I often find myself playing them even when children aren't around. That being said the LEGO game’s are best enjoyed with the family in my opinion because the humour and fun included in these game’s can be off the charts at times and seeing my children laugh and enjoy what’s happening on the screen fills me with quite a lot of joy. That being said the LEGO game’s are best enjoyed with the family in my opinion because the humour and fun included in these game’s can be off the charts at times and seeing my children laugh and enjoy what’s happening on the screen fills me with quite a lot of joy. The new LEGO game making it’s way to consoles is LEGO The Incredibles and I was really looking forward to it because I loved the film’s and thankfully after sinking quite a few hours into it I love the game as well. Even though I’ve sunk quite a few hours into the game already I can’t see me or my children getting bored of this game anytime soon because in terms of content the game has a huge amount of varied content for you to sink your teeth into. The world in which the content takes place in is also something I don’t think will become boring anytime soon as well because exploring every nook and cranny is both fun and rewarding at the same time. Whilst the game never stops being fun throughout you will however have to deal with a few technichal issues along the way, and whilst none of these issues are game-breaking they can be a little frustrating from time to time. Thankfully though I was able to look past these issues thanks to the fantastic mechanics that are in play. For some reason these different mechanics feel better in this game than the other LEGO game’s and this without a doubt makes you end up having even more of an immersive experience. Another aspect of the game that feels better in this game than some of the other LEGO game’s is the combat. The combat never becomes tedious throughout your time with the game and that’s mainly because defeating enemies feels satisfying at all times and performing different moves is awesome. You will however have to get used to the fiddly controls when in combat but thakfully this doesn’t take long to get used to. Something I’ve always liked about these game’s is the presentation side of things, and thankfully that remains the case here. Visually the game can look brilliant at times and when the visuals combine together with the sound design you end up getting the true LEGO feel at all times, which is great. At the end of the day as far as LEGO game’s go LEGO The Incredibles is definitely up there with the very best this series has to offer so far in my opinion. In a way this game has breathed some new life into the series of game’s and fans of these game’s will thoroughly enjoy what this game has to offer and in the end it gets a massive thumbs up from me. LEGO The Incredibles
    Sadly just another LEGO game
LEGO The Incredibles is based off of both The Incridibles and the Incredibles 2.. Understandably they deliver the stories in a reverse order.. The game is set in a tiny open world full of crime to fight, characters to unlock including characters from other pixar movies and sidequests.. plenty to keep you busy… Though if you prefer to

Understandably they deliver the stories in a reverse order..
The game is set in a tiny open world full of crime to fight, characters to unlock including characters from other pixar movies and sidequests.. plenty to keep you busy…
Though if you prefer to just stick to the story this game will take you a little less than 6 hours to complete..
The first half of the game and the much better half of the game is based on the incredibles 2
This story is focused more on elestagirl as shes trying to take down screen slaver and saved the brainwashed heroes…
There are plenty of new a great characters introduced here… tons of personality..
in your typical lego game fashion this is a lot of going into missions with 2 characters, switching back and forth using your different abilities to throw switches, and using eachother to progress.. and of course this game can be played coop..
I loved the pacing of the first half of this game..
its very linear and straight forward..
combat doesn’t drag on forever.. youre not stuck in an area for too long..
theres so much fun to be had in this campaign..
and then the second half of this game you relive the story of the first incredibles, the focus here is much more on mr incredible, his struggle between being a hero and a good father and of course taking down syndrome..
I do love the level design in this campaign, tons of color and unique places, some really cool moments sprinkled in here as well…
but the pacing is just awful here..
its constantly do a little platforming and deal with a slug fest of switching between characters collecting special blocks to build an item rinse and repeat until credits roll…
these moments are in the first half as well… but collecting the pieces in a linear fashion is just so much more fun to me than being throne in a giant room where youre constantly switching back and forth..
the pacing really comes to a crawl and drags down what otherwise is one of the more fun lego games
I feel like fans of the incredibles will enjoy this game and that fans of lego games will enjoy getting more legos..
if youre not a fan of either of these things, this game wont change your mind..
    I give LEGO The Incredibles
    a 6/10

This could have been a decent Lego game as the characters and the stories are fun but the team really let us down on this one. There is very little content or challenge. The gold bricks are laying around in plain sight with no puzzles attached and the game instead requires countless replays which are not fun and force you to suffer multiple load screens before you can proceed. Also on the Xbox One edition there is an issue with achievements not unlocking and multiple crashes. Expand

LEGO Incredibles does a very good job capturing the fun and awesomeness of the the first two movies, but it sometimes ruins the fun with the obvious new voice actors and some very stupid changes of scenes from the movies.
I'll give LEGO Incredibles a (7.1/10). A Good Game, with some Bad Qualities. It's a Hit and Miss.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. To be honest, I played a lot of Lego games, and this is the best one so far. Fun story, fun side quests, fun open world and kind of big too. I always do the Lego in couch co-op, and we both agreed on one thing ; This is the best lego out there. Trust me, give it a try ! Something that I love about this game is that you can unlock caracters from Disney, we had a nice time to build those Disney theme movie construction in the open world, and discover who we would get !

    Positive things ;

    + Big Lego open world
    + Lot of side quest
+ Lot of unlockable lego characters from Disney
+ The achievements was nice to do

    Negative things ;

    - You not tried it yet. Try it :D

A straight copy-and-paste of the two Incredibles films without original elements whatsoever. It's sadly soulless and feels like a cash grab. The Incredibles have such potential but it's all put to an only mildly entertaining game.

A fun game that’s similar to most good Lego games. I kind of wish there was more in the customizer especially the speed ability. If you like Lego games give it a try, you’ll probably like it. (Best played on Xbox as the review scores show)

Fantastic music and a few new features make this LEGO game good, not great. [Sept 2018, p.78]

LEGO The Incredibles is a fun, focused LEGO game that ditches a lot of the extra fripperies, and is all the better for it.

The game keeps delivering the usual quality of the Disney movies based IP, even if The Incredibles is not one of their most successful franchises. The game is mostly enjoyable and has the typical sense of humor made in LEGO.
