LEGO Jurassic World contains a perfect balance between hilarious humor and fun gameplay. It also has great co-op, and revives many of the old favorite Jurassic characters and locations. Combine all this with some cool easter eggs and the fact that the game has zero bugs, and we can easily say it’s one of the best LEGO games in years.

Four unforgettable films, one LEGO title that does honor to the series and try to go further, although some of its purposes fall by the wayside.

Perhaps we’re a little biased (we bloody love Jurassic Park), but we had great fun with the latest LEGO title. Only a few minor issues keep it from the top of the food chain.

Still, LEGO Jurassic World is a fantastic addition to the series, and if it ends up being one of the last ones, it is going out with a bang.

Like never before Traveller’s Tales managed to capture the spirit of the source material, starting with the original score up to the almost perfect reenactment of iconic scenes by Lego characters. As for the rest: Well, it’s a Lego game.

A fairly solid game through and through. Sure, it doesn’t stray from the original formula brought forth from so many other LEGO games, but seeing the Jurassic Park franchise come to life in LEGO form is quite entertaining.

It’s fun to revisit events from the past four films, and there’s a hefty amount of comedic moments that take the edge off the more horrific and visceral moments found in the films.

TT Games combines the usual and well tested package of LEGO games features to the four Jurassic Park movies, delivering an entertaining - though lacking in innovation - experience.

LEGO Jurassic Park is, as ever, a sizable package with plenty of replay value when it comes to finding every hidden nook, cranny and minikit. However, the same gameplay persists as do some of the same bugs and glitches – often revolving around co-op play. So while it is nice to revisit locales both new and old, it’s not so great to see the same issues and problems when you get there.

LEGO Jurassic World is true to its source material and easy on the eyes, but underneath that shiny exterior lies dated and far too familiar gameplay.

LEGO Jurassic World is a disappointment. It is awesome to walk around with a big dinosaur while the original music plays, but the game itself feels rushed. The deadly accidents from the film are not creatively Lego-fied and the puzzles are getting less and less challenging.

When all is said and done, LEGO Jurassic World is still going to appeal to fans of the LEGO franchise, but it's not going to impress them.

Even if it keeps the same drawbacks as it's ancestors LEGO Jurassic World is a fun game, only spoiled by the repetitiveness of it's gameplay and the new voices of the characters. LEGO Jurassic World ain't the brightest game of the IP but it's not the worst either.

Jurassic Park in particular doesn't suit this design because flattening the mechanics removes all notions of tension from the game, an essential part of the film series.

By and large, there's plenty to love in LEGO Jurassic World, despite a smattering of little bugs. TT Games doesn't reinvent with LEGO Jurassic World at all. But it does build a solid gaming experience that parents and kids can appreciate together.

Unlike other entries in the LEGO series, such as LEGO Batman, in LEGO Jurassic World, collectable characters are irrelevant, there are just a few zones were you can actually use your dinosaurs and they lack activities. Bottom line, this game works better as a souvenir than a videogame.

Its the same formula, only flatter and less imaginative. The "puzzles" if you can call them that are for 7 year olds. Basically, you stand next to things and press B the entire time. It's so far from actually being fun it's just a chore at this point. Save your money and time. Full Review »
