I've played La Mulana over and over throughout the years and through generations of different iterations, and have experienced most of those versions of the game (Now also available in a wonderful Limited Edition collection). Each and every time, It is arguably one of the top indie video games ever released in the genre and if you play it yourself and read others reviews, I also share the same feelings toward the game of many, many others who have enjoyed it also. If you like throwback and retro feeling games with more modernized options and appeal this game is for you. As it includes puzzles that can only be solved by piecing together subtle clues and hints, and if you enjoy a moderate to hard platformer that has a really satisfying feeling as you progress thru the game. The game’s mythology and archeology will throw a fantasy twist to it as well. I hope La Mulana reaches a far wider audience now that it has reached most modern gaming platforms and special thanks for bringing it to those who love their Xbox One family of consoles.
