    This one can be very, very frustrating on the higher levels. That being said, if you are a fan of the isometric shooter, like a bit of strategy and don't mind dying a lot this game might be right up your ally.

    Really enjoyed playing this challenging, but fun isometric 70s themed shooter. The dual partner mechanic takes some getting used to, although once mastered it introduces a level of tactical strategy and gameplay variety that I have yet to encounter in other games in this genre.

    Lots of people seem to be making unfair comparisons to the gory grindfest that is Hotline Miami 2, a game    Really enjoyed playing this challenging, but fun isometric 70s themed shooter.     Lots of people seem to be making unfair comparisons to the gory grindfest that is Hotline Miami 2, a game that I like but feel is let down by glitchy AI and shoddy level design. LA Cops is lighter in tone - the cut scenes for example give a welcome injection of humour in between levels - while the gameplay itself feels like a more equitable trade off between player skill and simple luck.

    Can't wait for the co-op mode that I hear is being worked on, as that will be an added bonus. Overall, a very entertaining and rewarding shooter.    … Expand

    One that's fun to look at, sure, but one worth playing? Until and unless there's a balancing patch on the way, probably not.
