    While we wouldn’t traditionally pick on a game’s length, thirty minutes is shorter than most demos, and a ‘demo’ is precisely what Kauil’s Treasure on the Xbox feels like to play. Half an hour doesn’t leave much room for the gameplay to shine through, and what’s here is ramshackle, familiar and buggy. There’s certainly some fun to be found by the end of this adventure, but it’s not enough to make the expedition worth it. Dare we say that Kauil’s Treasure is more Crystal Skull than Raiders of the Lost Ark?

    Kauil's Treasure is a new single-player adventure-puzzle game where you, the father of a teenage girl named Sophie, need to find your daughterKauil's Treasure is a new single-player adventure-puzzle game where you, the father of a teenage girl named Sophie, need to find your daughter before the horrors behind Kauil's Treasure find her first. Thus, you'll have to solve the hardest puzzles, avoid the rotten souls corrupted by Kauil, and use your whip to get to the most dangerous places and save your daughter. It’s of utmost importance in this single player adventure to reach Sophie before the corrupted Kauil and the associated horrors do.
    Even though the gaming is evolved to online-multiplayer and competitive or co-op these days there's still people like me out there that want play both together. To save Sophie Dr.Goodfall gotta solve tons of puzzles and this is where the game gets fun. There's so many achievements you can unlock in this game and when the puzzle factor gets involved in games everything is changing. Right after you find yourself and maybe friends on-line trying to solve puzzles like it's the end of the world and by solving them you saving the world the game evolves. Kauil's Treasure gave me some good vibes while I was playing it and for sure it's recommended with its low price of admission and if you're reading this today it's still on sale, so be sure to snatch t up for your ever growing Xbox library.    … Expand
