    Help Will Come Tomorrow is rich with nuance and content, and it often doesn’t end well, but those looking for a survival game with focus on dialogue or those wanting to get a taste of an interesting period of Russian history should check into it with no hesitation.

    Help Will Come Tomorrow is most definitely one of those games that survival enthusiasts should try. The options available and the reliance on stats and daily tasks while balancing the needs and traits of your characters is a constant tension and some will relish in the challenge.

    Help Will Come Tomorrow is a Story Driven survival game, however it feels like it's somehow not actually sure of the type of game it wants toHelp Will Come Tomorrow is a Story Driven survival game, however it feels like it's somehow not actually sure of the type of game it wants to be, with point and click navigation and RTS style expedition. This is a mesh of different genres and unfortunately I personally felt it didn't quite work and became needlessly more complex than it should have been. With text that can be tedious to read due to some broken English that is mainly previlent during the "tutorial" this can be quite fustrating. Onto the good, Help Will Come Tomorrow does offer a interesting storyline and this was enough to make me push through the annoying mesh that this game feels like. As you learn about each of your chacters, their background and develop the various traits between them (Trust, Relationship and Credit) this will impact the night talks between them and affect the story and their ability to work together. Help will come tomorrow looks like a simple game however it is pretty in depth and you can easily find yourself micro-managing things to get the best results if you care about such things. Visually this game does very well with character design, with really well hand drawn looks to both characters and the environment you can see a lot of effort went into this area of the game. During both day and night cycles everything looks perfectly detailed from the historic clothing to the camp they are sat around. The controls for Help Will Come Tomorrow are quite simple to remember, however what will confuse on this game is the UI, this does go into a good amount of detail and sometimes the simplest of tasks can feel pretty arduous and fortunately does sink in and become easier after a little while. Overall: Help Will Come Tomorrow is a nice story driven game and offers a great amount of detail and an interesting storyline and character development mechanics you can certainly sink your teeth into it. Sadly it does suffer from what seems like a lack of identity and the mix and match of genres here is quite prevelant and ultimately does the suffer because of it. However with an interesting enough story to delve into it is still worth checking out.… Expand
