Nov 5, 2015its just not Halo anymore. 343 have ruined this once great game.
The guns feel wrong.
The AI terrible
Story is stupid.
Campaign is short and lacks the epic feel of the others.
Multiplayer modes are dull(even warzone)
Thanks 343 for taking my favourite game and doing a massive turd on it. -

Nov 1, 2015It is garbage. The best it can do is some multi player, but the rest is not worth the money. If it was free to play, that is another thing, however it is not. The full price you expect a lot more campaign, split screen, and a great story line. Well, the campaign is painful. It is plain garbage, the rest I could not give a **** about.

Oct 30, 2015Best Halo in years. It runs better than any MP game I have ever played. All the idiots giving this game a zero just show themselves to be utter morons. While I don't think its a 10 I would give it a 9,5, I will give it a 10 to offset all the Sony Fantards who are giving it zero.

Oct 30, 2015Halo really managed to surprise once again bringing a wonderful plot to participate in allowing go to paths that I even imagined, risking his old and established characters and taking them to shady paths all this for us, as something that is reduntante but with an excellent multiplayer, which is quite fast, and aided by 60 FPS.

Nov 6, 2015Same old game play, boring story (worst halo ever regarding to story), no split screen, micro-transactions. little to no innovation. Don't explain anyting for those who are new to the series. MS expect new gamers to buy all halo games to keep up with the series.

Nov 2, 2015No split screen is unacceptable, its as if they forgot what truly made Halo fun and popular. The graphics looked pretty nice and online was pretty cool i guess but i already saw people hacking
-
Nov 6, 2015the game its bad, the history is too short 4 hours in legendary, you play like Master chief 3 missions, and you can´t play split screen with your friends, the multiplayer its Destiny with Halo skin, good job microsoft, good job

Dec 17, 2015This isn't Halo without Split Screen. Halo 4 was the best to date in my opinion, so I can't totally call 343 out on being a terrible company. However, this oversight cost them a LOT of purchases, mine included. No way I would ever buy Halo without split screen.

Nov 7, 2015Feels like a below average campaign. Too short. online co-op wouldn't work for me and a friend when using the same router in the same building. Also feel a bit cheated that hunt the truth, spartan ops, and the added cut-scenes to Halo 2 for the anniversary, doesn't connect to story either at all or just not very well.

Nov 19, 2015This is hands down the best call of duty to date initiative combat and health systems. This has to be the best game I've ever played. However it's still the generic call of duty shooting game. This is just a cheap destiny clone what a peice of trash just like undertail. Play a real game like fallout tactics

Oct 30, 2015Feels like call of duty....
Plus:
-No split screen
-Flat Story
In short: Halo 5 has lost everything that was halo, playing with your friends in one room. -
Nov 1, 2015No split screen multiplayer kills this game for me, so if i want to have all my friend in my house to play this we need 4 xbox one.
Weak campaing, uninteresting characters
It brings nothing new to the table to the 1st person shooter genre -
Nov 5, 2015This game is Halo 4, watered down with slightly better visuals. Short and forgettable campaign. No split-screen. The mechanics just feel all wrong. Looks like the magic departed with Bungie.

Jan 20, 2016Halo 5: Guardians is okay. Its campaign is rubbish, but the multiplayer is solid thanks to the foundation it’s built upon. Warzone is a really enjoyable experience, and while combat is still mostly about tossing grenades and hitting the melee button, the whole Requisition gimmick adds some much-needed flavor to proceedings.

CD-ActionJan 12, 2016The latest Halo is a big deal only for hardcore Halo fans. For me the single player campaign was unbearably pompous and despite 1080p and 60 fps the visuals are not as breathtaking as they once were in Halo 4. The game builds a solid foundation for Halo 6, but it’s not one of those games you absolutely have to play. [13/2015, p.48]

Pelit (Finland)Jan 4, 2016With a more accessible and engaging story and solid new designs for the Prometheans, Halo 5 is a major improvement over Halo 4. Warzone is a great addition to the multiplayer, though the mode seems to have some game balance issues. [Nov 2015]
