    O jogo decepciona muito aos fãs da franquia, a história não chama atenção e o protagonista não tem o mesmo peso do master chief, o multiplayer é bom mas é desbalanceado e as novas mecânicas de gameplay são muito estranhas e pra mim não agradaram. Apesar de tudo ainda rende umas poucas horas de diversão no começo.

This company is incompetent and has tarnished the Halo franchise with botched launches, terrible stories, and just overall rubbish games. After Halo 4, the Halo community expressed frustration with 343, but also optimism that they made some mistakes, but that going forward things would be better.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. oh my gosh, this game almost single handedly killed the franchise. after the absolute stinker that was halo 4, 343 just showed us that it could be worse. This game not only has the worst multiplayer in halo history, but is also a narrative disaster for the series as a whole. Thank GOD they got their heads almost out of their ass for halo infinite, because if it was as bad as this the franchise would be over.… Expand

    I'm gonna quote The Act Man here "Halo 5's story is a collection of great ideas, but it is nothing more than that." Poor story without direction and 95% filler and exposition. No true relatable villians. A complete twist of all characters you may have loved before. Inadequate relation to expanded lore material.     I fell in love with the multiplayer, but even that is flawed. The game has yet to see a proper PC release, and the existing one doesn't work as of 2019. From microtransactions to a flawed storyline. Halo 5 failed in so many regards, despite me sinking hundreds of hours into it. I miss old Halo, and I genuinely didn't think I would be saying that because of Halo Infinite, but even thatI fell in love with the multiplayer, but even that is flawed.     This is just a bad game. The story is all fluff no substance with tons of shock and awe to no real affect. 90% of the characters are wasted or made worse than they were in the previous game like blue team who feel more like set pieces around chief than his actual friends. Music is forgettable, I honestly can't remember any of the music from this game when I try to think of it right now.This is just a bad game. Pacing of the nonexistent story is just all over the place with no real feel of direction or purpose. The reuse of a boss fight 4-5 times is one of many things that shows the laziness behind this game. The gun play while not bad feels weird and not very Halo, there was really no reason to change it like they did. Weapons feel like they have no power and enemies all feel very much the same and uninspired in this game. The level design is the only thing in this game that is cool and fun to look at. I would recommend skipping this games campaign you aren't missing anything. :(… Expand

    I mean don't get me wrong it is a halo game and they are really good but this one it's boring. but it is fun though, it has good graphics and there are lots of Easter eggs but the same time i haven't really finished it.     Only good thing for awhile is multiplayer. Campaign was horrible, it took me years to finish it, not because it was challenging, but because it was so bad I didn't want to play. They changed a lot of gameplay into what feels like another game entirely.

    I like the multiplayer but the campaign is a mess. It was cool to tie all the books and games together, but it caused a confused mess that only could disappoint.

    the Halo series is based around master chief but in halo's 5 campaign you only get to play as him for 3 missions . then that added the others that follow you around and shout random things . the multiplayer was 343's main focus to get their players to play for all of the loot box type systems, the multiplayer is not all that fun if you don't play with friends.

The AI is pretty stupid, I never felt like I was about to die in a fight, on top of that, you get a get-out-of-jail-free card, because your teammates revive you after you are knocked down, instead of accepting that you made a    Just bad overall.

The game starts you off in an endgame-like battlefield, rather than slowly showing you the enemies like previous games. I never see any small group of enemies, it's always a huge army. Map design is meh, it has some open areas but it lacks detail, and has a ton of invisible barriers. The only good thing to me would be the weapons, since they are all very well balanced, in previous games I kept using precision weapons because close encounters was almost never a good idea. But here I feel safe using a shotgun or smg, but that would really be the only good thing about the campaign to me.

    The multiplayer is mediocre. It focuses too much on competitive, and at launch it was bare bones. The lack of split-screen is unacceptable and was a terrible decision. Warzone has loot boxes and is pay-to-win, which absolutely sucks. At least the forge is pretty good, since it doesn't limit creativity unlike previous games.    … Expand

Is she dead or not? Why would the AI that chose Noble Team and Master Chief to help save humanity want to rule the universe and kill everyone that stands in her way? And then after 343 made this decision they decided to end on a cliff hanger and not even explain why Cortana was a villain? What!?… Expand

    Famous characters are left aside in favor of 343i original creations, all of which are unmemorable or annoying. The reason behind this decision is most likely greed to either sell new merchandise based on the new characters or to stop paying any form of previous royalty if any, nothing else can excuse the way the titular character Master Chief was sided.

    What could had been an impressive visual direction was soiled by unnecessary lightning effects and flares that make the game look like an eyesore at all times. Prepare to use sunglasses if you ever play this abomination.

    The story is stupid to say the least, previous characters are handled poorly to give new characters a chance to shine but that chance is wasted as all new characters are unappealing and lack the charisma to carry on the plot. Mercifully, you can sprint for most of these levels, sadly over 80% of the game is about these new reprehensible characters.

    Every character, enemy and NPC is over designed to the point they are unrecognizable which is a huge mistake in a FPS. Prepare to confuse enemies a lot.

    The music pales in comparison to Martin O’Donnell original score for the franchise but still the only saving grace of this game.

    The multiplayer modes are heavily monetized and the game insist on a pay to win model on top of the price of entry which is unforgivable for any game and a larger insult for a franchise like Halo. I sincerely feel sorry for anyone who pre-ordered this game.

    While the game is on itself competent, if it was an original entry on a new franchise I would say the game is mediocre at best but as a new Halo entry or even worse a system seller, Halo 5 is a grievance.

    4 out of 10 still feels generous.    … Expand

    The most overrated franchise ever, The Graphics and gameplay are very outdated.
    Call of Duty and Battlefield are much better than tras* HALO. These are just facts.

    Que asco de juego, realmente arruinaron la historia, la experiencia de juego y mataron mis ganas de jugar nuevamente una nueva entrega de ésta franquicia. No entiendo que es lo que hacen 343 con este tipo de propuestas. Entiendo qué quizá sea la agenda progresista como en TLOU2 que también es un fracaso.

    The story is really awfull and makes no sense and its not lore accurate, the armor designs are horrible, reviving cortana was the worse decition of the game, but at least multiplayer is really fun

    Absolutely ruined master chiefs character. After building a character for over 15 years, you’ve made him look like a weak old man in front of locke etc. Campaign was awful but the gunplay was the best ever in halo, multiplayer was pretty fun as well.

    Halo, muita gente “gava” esse jogo como se fosse o melhor do mundo. Eu baixei, entrei e comecei a jogar, digamos que foi um dos maiores arrependimentos que eu fiz em toda a minha vida. Eu creio que a empresa tinha recursos suficientes para melhorar o gráfico e a “ideia” do jogo.

    Em quesito de jogabilidade, está ótimo. A interação das armas são boas, mas apenas isso, mais nada.

    Naff single player, naff multiplayer. Not much else to say. 343 should go make other games. They’ve failed consistently to ever make a good Halo. They will never be Bungie.

    Halo 5: Guardians is okay. Its campaign is rubbish, but the multiplayer is solid thanks to the foundation it’s built upon. Warzone is a really enjoyable experience, and while combat is still mostly about tossing grenades and hitting the melee button, the whole Requisition gimmick adds some much-needed flavor to proceedings.

    The latest Halo is a big deal only for hardcore Halo fans. For me the single player campaign was unbearably pompous and despite 1080p and 60 fps the visuals are not as breathtaking as they once were in Halo 4. The game builds a solid foundation for Halo 6, but it’s not one of those games you absolutely have to play. [13/2015, p.48]

    With a more accessible and engaging story and solid new designs for the Prometheans, Halo 5 is a major improvement over Halo 4. Warzone is a great addition to the multiplayer, though the mode seems to have some game balance issues. [Nov 2015]
