You’ll pilot your ship Habroxia through fifteen levels featuring intense boss fights, rescue missions, shifting perspectives and untold surprises. Along the way you’ll customize your ship to enhance your abilities, unlock the three endless side modes, and save the galaxy from a series of sinister invaders. Habroxia is a fun retro inspired experience that will have you grinding for upgrades along the way. For those who are fans of retro style 2D side scrolling shooters of the past you will feel right at home. The price of admission is kind and there’s plenty of retro inspired bliss included in the mix for your time with Habroxia if you are a fan of the genre then I highly recommend it to you. If you aren’t a fan of side scrolling shooters then this may be the only reason not to consider adding Habroxia to your Xbox game library. If you do like them but are just lacking in the skills required fear not, as you play and collect credits you will gradually build the equipment needed to crush the extra terrestrial forces in your path. The game isn’t going to blow you away but its balance of price, play, and accessibility are its strong points making it as a package a suitable set. Expand

Habroxia on Xbox is an average game which is reasonably priced. It winds up being a pedestrian affair which, whilst offering some thrills in its couple of hours of gameplay, never quite manages to live up to those which inspired it.
