Oct 5, 2015An original and stylish 2D run-and-gun shooter with great graphics and artistic design, and lots of crazy weapons. Highly fun both alone or in co-op, definitely recommended.

Nov 11, 2015While there are some faults that could use addressing (particularly with the lack of online play), Guns, Gore and Cannoli is an inspired ride, a top-notch mixture of 40's nostalgia and zombie-killing fun. If you're smart, you'll bring some buddies along to dish out the carnage alongside you, if only to see what true mayhem looks like. In a good way, of course.

Oct 2, 2015Guns, Gore, and Cannoli is a great, if not short romp. The art style pops and the game play is smooth. Just be aware that it can get frustrating attempting to fly solo. Outside of that I definitely recommend checking it out. It knows what it is from the first level and never tries to be anything else.

Oct 1, 2015The competitive multiplayer won’t keep you busy for long and the lack of online co-op is certainly a disappointment, but despite these relatively minor issues, the Claeys Brothers’ throwback run and gun shooter, Guns, Gore & Cannoli is a fantastic update of the Metal Slug template and brilliant shooter in its own right.
-
Sep 30, 2015Guns, Gore and Cannoli is a very amusing co-op sidescroller. The game mixes zombies, gangsters, the roaring twenties and co-op to bring a truly amusing experience. This game guarantees co-op fun.
-
Oct 2, 2015Like on PC the star is undoubtedly the cartoony art design with its hand drawn backgrounds and animations that make you feel like watching a mafia show on Adult Swim. The mechanics are as conservative as can be, though.
-
Sep 25, 2015Guns, Gore & Cannoli is a fun way to spend a few hours, especially if you have two or three friends over. It won't set the world on fire and isn't without its faults, but it knows what it is and doesn't try to do too much.
-
Oct 5, 2015Guns, Gore & Cannoli isn't a game that you need to play, but if you're a fan of side-scrolling shooters and have a few friends and extra Xbox One controllers in your vicinity, it's worth considering.
-
Dec 22, 2015Unfortunately, my opinion of this game is that if you’ve ever played any side-scrolling shoot-’em-up platformer in the past, say, fifteen years, then you’ve pretty much experienced what Guns, Gore and Cannoli has to offer when it’s at its best.
-
Oct 7, 2015A game so middle-of-the-road it ends up as roadkill. The ideas in here are solid, but simply refuse to go anywhere over its three-hour duration.
