    Gears 5, would I say it is a good game, yes I do, do I think it is the best gears, well no not really. I would say Gears 3 has still got the title. Gears 5 is not perfect but it is still good more improve than 4 however there are some issues with the game that I need to personally need to address.

    1. Microtransactions - We have seen a lot of games with microtransactions and there is no    Gears 5, would I say it is a good game, yes I do, do I think it is the best gears, well no not really. I would say Gears 3 has still got the title. Gears 5 is not perfect but it is still good more improve than 4 however there are some issues with the game that I need to personally need to address.

    1. Microtransactions - We have seen a lot of games with microtransactions and there is no surprise that Microsoft would add them into gears. For me personally I find this un acceptable, they basically copy the layout of the store and the purchase of cosmetics off a fornite and it is silly for the coalition to do that. Microtransactions should not be in the game, battle pass I will accept but the Microtransactions that has been inputted on this game is just silly.

    2. Part open world - the campaign was better than 4 do not get me wrong, however there was no need to go part open world on ACT 2 and 3 for this game, if they kept it as it was and improve on the excitement mission like gears 3 has, it would be a really good experience for this franchise. Some people that are new to the game might skip these side locations and focus on the story. They should have expanded more. Also is it wired that ACT 4 has only got two chapters and there is no ACT 5 at all (same as Gears 4)

    3. Multiplayer - This is my final point and that is the multiplayer, I have played this mode a few days and I think the skill match making on this game is not good and the amount of people get killed by pro that jump cover to cover to kill the new players is not balanced. I think they need to improve on the Multiplayer in my opinion to make it a fare system. (like gears 2 and 4)

    Overall the Horde mode is good apart from the 1 character limitation and the new escape mode is good as well. The three points I have made at the top is what let the game down a it but I gave this a 8/10 because I think it is still a good game. I will admit I am a gears fan but I would not say it is the work gears game, not by a long shot. Gears 5 would be at the top 3 best gears game, then 2 being a number 2 and 3 at the top. I hope the coalition will listen to some feed back and improve on this to make gears 6 a good experience.    … Expand

    So Gears 5... The story/campaign mode is superb and a absolute blast to play, if you have Game Pass I would highly suggest giving it a go but I would suggest playing through the series first as it does have a fair amount of call backs! Even to Judgment!

    Graphically its gorgeous but keep in mind I played it on a XBOX ONE X, I have no idea how it looks of Base XBOX ONE BUT the    So Gears 5... The story/campaign mode is superb and a absolute blast to play, if you have Game Pass I would highly suggest giving it a go but I would suggest playing through the series first as it does have a fair amount of call backs!     BUT the multiplayer honestly leaves something to be desired it might just not be for me but it failed to keep my interest longer then a week although the Escape mode is fun to play once in a while.

    Gears 5 is an incredible experience with visuals above the norm for this generation, it's an absolute masterpiece in terms of visual make up and gameplay.

    The place where the game suffers the most is it's developers hunger for more money with monetisation which is doing more harm than good to the franchise, the multiplayer lacks freedom of selection with weapon skins often costing money    Gears 5 is an incredible experience with visuals above the norm for this generation, it's an absolute masterpiece in terms of visual make up and gameplay.

    Um jogo muito bom, porém eu considero o mais fraco da franquia e também ainda não entendi a mudança de nome de ''Gears of War'' para só ''Gears'', além disso o jogo apresenta alguns problemas no multijogador que são notáveis e atrapalham a experiência online dele. Na campanha, considero um dos melhores jogos da geração ''Xbox One'', apresenta personagens carismáticos como sempre e umaUm jogo muito bom, porém eu considero o mais fraco da franquia e também ainda não entendi a mudança de nome de ''Gears of War'' para só ''Gears'', além disso o jogo apresenta alguns problemas no multijogador que são notáveis e atrapalham a experiência online dele. La verdad es que me gustó mucho no le doy un nueve por la siguiente razón Me hubiera gustado que kait se uniera a el bando de el enjambre que en el momento que van con niles ella experimentará lo poderosa que sería siendo reina de el enjambre y así tener de nuevo a su madre Claro solo es un sueño mío XD Pero si ese si hubiera Sido todo un giro de trama O. Tal ves algo muy genial No me cae mal kait de echo me agrada Pero por eso esa para mí hubiera Sido lo mejor El Game play es fenomenal claro parecido a todos los gears pero da un pequeño aire refrescante cuando te dan la elección de eliminarlos sigilosamente o a tiros y las habilidades de Jack me gustaron también ahora es más útil y que bueno que regreso los nuevos agregados de el enjambre me gustaron sobretodo los rebaños La elección de salvar a jd o del me pareció interesante el regreso de Jack y hacerlo más útil me gustó mucho Y la integración de los antiguos héroes es buena por qué no se siente como si se negaroan a ya dejarlos descansar y darle oportunidad a los nuevos protagonistas El multijugador no me acaba de gustar mucho Pero es cuestión de acostumbrarse Y el final el final es un final que quizá podría haber mejorado claro da incapié a el siguiente juego pero aún así siento que algo más épico al menos para mí.     Apesar da história não ser muito complexa, é uma excelente narrativa, personagens muito carismáticos e uma aventura bacana, diversas mecânicas e uma ótima variação de cenários e um final trágico, pra mim é um dos melhores jogos de 2019.

By allowing players to have a greater range of 'independence', the game develops its own unique identity with the introduction of side missions and other optional tasks to complete in a variety of newly generated areas. The games story also excels by putting Kate at the forefront and developing her character immensely, whilst also sticking to the roots of what the franchise is grounded upon. Furthermore, giving the player an option that impacts the story as a whole in the final act was a very unexpected yet brilliant concept that many games before have utilised to entice a fan base. The only set backs in my opinion without spoiling too much would have to be almost the entirety of the first act as it doesn't really add that much to the overarching story in some ways, as well as the open areas feeling a tad too empty in places. However, this is an easy fix for the future games and was definitely a risk worth taking! This is an 8.5 score game once you get used to the game mechanics. Highly recommend for people who enjoy story-driven FPS games… Expand

    uma continuação boa da série. porém, meio repetitivo. mais do mesmo. técnicamente sem retoques, mas a The Coalition já deveria pensar em uma nova IP para alternar lançamentos com Gears.

    بازی از هر نظر عالی و بی نقصه. برای اونایی که 7 سال کنسول ایکس باکس وان رو مسخره کردن یه تو دهنی حی و حاضره که آقا ببین چطوری داره اجرا میشه. 60 فریم... بدون لگ...

    Gears 5 is a nice game with an amazing campaign, a balanced multiplayer and other funny game modes like horde and escape. I rate it with an 8 because for me, as an old Gears player (since Gears 1), the addition of aim assist messed up the multiplayer mode for the old players just to give a chance to new ones, when back then we had to play for several hours to learn wallbounce, reactionGears 5 is a nice game with an amazing campaign, a balanced multiplayer and other funny game modes like horde and escape.     Although it no longer has the brilliance of the original Gears of War trilogy, with a story and characters that are not as impactful, the idea of ​​expanding the scenarios a little further is very welcome and the gameplay remains very fun and dynamic.     Siendo gears 5 mi primer juego de esta franquicia puedo decirles que me perdí de bastante, el personaje de kait esta muy bien trabajado y presentado demuestra fuerza pero te muestra un lado vulnerable por lo que la hace más humana y creíble, apenas tomas el control y te das cuenta de lo bien que está echo el videojuego al momento de empezar con la acción llena de adrenalina que te daráSiendo gears 5 mi primer juego de esta franquicia puedo decirles que me perdí de bastante, el personaje de kait esta muy bien trabajado y presentado demuestra fuerza pero te muestra un lado vulnerable por lo que la hace más humana y creíble, apenas tomas el control y te das cuenta de lo bien que está echo el videojuego al momento de empezar con la acción llena de adrenalina que te dará durante toda la campaña, cada arma que está a tu disposición de siente bien al disparar y la al recargar atinar a la recarga perfecta es muy gratificante. Los disparos son contundentes y se siente el impacto de cada bala por lo que está de más aclarar que el gameplay está muy bien ejecutado, visualmente es increíble tuve la oportunidad de jugarlo en un Xbox one x y es simplemente asombroso como el juego mantiene los 60fps en todos los momentos de acción, salvo por algunas animaciones extrañas al cubrirse en coberturas que parece que el personaje solo se desliza hacia la cobertura sin moverse la presentación es de calidad muy notable, durante la campaña entrarás a unas zonas más abiertas en las que encontararas algunas tareas extra por realizar que se agradecen pero no aportan mucho al juego y no te motivan mucho a realizarlas. Si buscas un buen juego de disparos lleno de acción y buenos personajes no dudes en ir por gears 5 que a mi pareces es el mejor juego de Xbox hasta el momento… Expand

    I am the kind of player that loves playing single player campaigns and for me, Gears 5 is a good campaign. I can't value the multiplayer as this isn't a mode that I played. Graphically amazing on an XBOX One X, it came along with the whole Gears of War saga and it was a really nice move by Microsoft. Entertaining when being linear, a kind of disperse when trying to be an open world.

    Gran juego de la saga Gears.. quizas tiene algunos detalles que no me terminaron de gustar como algunas partes de mundo abierto y creo que la historia pierde peso en la parte final del juego ! pero es divertidisimo y tiene un gran nivel grafico y de sonido.. super recomendado !

    Bom jogo multiplataforma, teve uma pequena melhora em comparação ao Gears of War 4.
    Mais um jogavel de qualidade ok, o mundo semi aberto não mudou a impressão de jogar em um corredor.
    Outro ponto que nunca muda rolada, rolada, tiro de 12.

    Great story, improved combat and some atmospheric locations were the best thing about this game for me.
    What let it down was that some locations were rather barren, and most locations were bereft of life. If they had added birds, insects, more atmospheric dust effects and so on, the areas would've felt much more real and the game would've been much better.

    Gears 5 is an odd thing; it's neither a grand leap forwards, nor a complete rehash of what came before, and therefore sits somewhere in the middle of the two. On the whole, the improvements do outweigh the negatives (the non-linear approach to campaign levels and the small changes to horde mode being some of the most notable), and while The Coalition still has some work to do to really make the series its own, this is a far bolder and more varied approach the relatively safe Gears 4. If you love shooters and you want a good place to jump back into the series, this is perfect place to work the rust out of your lancer.

    Gears 5 offers a solid portion of brutal action with several refreshing new things. If you have intentionally avoided games from this series, the fifth sequel probably won´t change your mind, but if you are looking for a quality action game and you are still a fan of multiplayer, try it.     Gears 5 proposes a breathtaking solo campaign and a generous array of multiplayer modes. Even if the recipe remains classic, we really want to go through with it. The characters are rather well written, the environments are often spectacular, and Jack the robot adds some salt to the gameplay. A visual feast and glorious action game that perfectly demonstrate Xbox One X's true power.
