Oct 23, 2020To be sure, none of this will be that new if you played Slayaway Camp. But this is one of those cases where that doesn’t matter. It basically comes down to “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” — only with the added bonus that everything that was broken when it came to Slayaway Camp is entirely fixed in Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle.

Oct 12, 2020If you’ve played Slayaway Camp, Killer Puzzle feels extremely similar to that game, but with updated graphics and much more gore. The game does have a PG mode for those that don’t care about all the gore. Besides the main story, there is also a Daily Kill and a Survival mode. The Daily Kill gives you a new puzzle stage every day and the Survival mode challenges you to get as many kills as you can. I highly recommend this game to horror fans and puzzle fans. With its value price, it’s definitely a steal you won’t regret!

Sep 17, 2020Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle on Xbox One is a step up from Slayaway Camp, but only a single, shambling step. If you’ve not had the chance to play the original then this is the superior entry point, filled to bursting with sliding puzzles from a developer that’s mastered the craft. You’ll be leaving behind a body count that would make Jason (and his mum) proud.

Jan 23, 2021An open, isometric puzzle game loaded with tons of complex brain teasers, packed in an iconic-movie-franchise theme. But it could have been much better if it didn't carry so many mobile-gaming mentality features.
