Jun 12, 2016Fragments of Him is a very emotional experience, dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one, and much like the recent That Dragon, Cancer, it tells a personal story that will send you on a very emotional ride. You can either dwell on the technical issues, or you can let yourself be drawn in and feel the feelings.

Jun 7, 2016A game about love, loss and the human condition, Fragments of Him is a quality, narrative-driven affair with a message. It is, however, more of an interactive movie than a game, not to mention one that moves at a very slow pace. As such, it won't be for everyone.

Aug 5, 2016Basically, that closing chapter is compelling enough to raise the final evaluation of Fragments of Him a letter grade, if not two…but it's still probably not enough to make it a game worth checking out.

Jun 12, 2016While other similar games offer a little bit of interactivity and control on what's going on, in Fragments of Him we act as a mere camera operator through various people memories, which even fail to trigger in us any empathy for the dead boy they talk about. Maybe a video game wasn't the best medium to tell this story.
