Even though it's not particularly original, it is fun and addictive, and a great choice if you've ever enjoyed a Lemmings game.

A little too obtuse to be truly great, Flockers still delivers some great puzzle solving if you can deal with a lot of trial and error. [Issue#254, p.60]

A compelling, complex and well designed puzzle game, but it stumbles in its controls: zooming in and out and panning between different flocks is rather uncomfortable on console controls and will demand some patience from the player.

Take the Lemmings out, put sheep in and you have a solid puzzler that doesn’t risk anything but is challenging enough to keep you going.

Flockers brings new life to the A to B puzzler, with its use of new age tech and brilliant level design making it a must see for fans of the genre, and a great place to start for those who have never seen a Lemming with green hair.

If you're into puzzle games though, or if you're missing the good ol' days of Lemmings, you might like it as a substitute as it does cater to fans of both.

Brimming with charm, but it was clearly designed with PC gaming in mind. Playing it with the Xbox One controller instead of a mouse becomes something of an exercise in patience. [Nov 2014, p.87]

The most shamefully obvious clone of recent years, but although this copies most of Lemmings’ tricks it falls short in terms of both personality and addictiveness.

Much like the recent MouseCraft, which at least had a Tetris twist, Flockers struggles to move out of the shadow cast by Lemmings' brilliantly pure concept.
