Duck Life: Battle is one of the most tedious games I’ve ever played. Whilst its general framework is plausible in regards to progression, everything else falls to pieces. The game’s combat is lackluster, its countless mini-games are far from fun, and even basic traversal feels like a slog. It’s a shame that there isn’t much more to the game than that, ultimately making for an experience that’s bland, drawn out, and wholly boring.

Duck Life Battle is a RPG where you start out as a weak little duck, and level up by do mini games..Defense, Health, Special, Power, and Speed are leveled up by doing really addicting mini games. I can say without question these were my favorite part of the game. There are so many as well that you will have a hard time picking your favorite. From jumping over things like bombs and snakes to spearing watermelons with a javelin there is so much fun to be had with Duck Life Battle. With the really inexpensive price tag I expected to finish it in under a hour, but 5 hours later when I was completing it I was really impressed in how much content I got for that price point. You can go back and play these mini games even after you max at, and enjoy them. Even later in the game you will unlock a master training area that will let you exceed the max.
You create your own Duck. you get to pick his color, hair, eyes, etc. They all look so adorable. You make your way across the fairly large map battling other ducks, and getting rewarded for your wins with coins, weapons, or clothing. You can use the coins to buy weapons and clothing in the shops or to level up what you buy. These items also have special abilities as well as elemental powers. Like water, fire and so on. These will help you defeat enemies that are weak to these so it makes you study your layout and enemies weakness. You can also take place in tourneys where you battle three enemies. This usually helps you unlock a new skill, a ton of coins, and a ability to enter a new area. There are also people who will send you on little side quests as well. I'm not huge into RPGs like this where you stand still in battle, but I was surprised in how addicted I was to this one.I couldn't stop playing it was so cute, and fun I played it from start to finish in one sitting.
I really loved the colorful look to the environments, all the adorable characters, and the music was just outstanding. I wish I had played it sooner as I been backed up, and some games have been pushed back a little where I been grinding. Duck Life Battle was one of my favorites of the current games I'm playing though. Love when your tired, and questioning why your still doing this, and a little game like this sneaks in there and makes it all worth it, and gives you a nice night of entertainment. I had so much fun. I was kind of sad there wasn't much you could do after beating it though. You unlock some cool stuff on final bosses, and tourney and then you really can't even use it as there is no one really left to fight. Maybe a update is coming or DLC I really hope so. I'd grab it no doubt.

    Pros: Adorable Ducks Everywhere
    Music is really outstanding
    Nice large Map to cover
Mini games are just top quality addictive fun
Such a great value for a ton of content

Cons: Not much left to do after you finish.

Overall: 8.2 I was surprised by this little RPG. I just couldn't put it down.If you like RPGs and little adorable animals Duck Life battle is a can't miss
