Feb 16, 2021It's an ok game. Ideally, you should play this game on mobile and on the go, because I think I would've enjoyed the game more, as a "distraction" and "time waster". There are some interesting level designs, especially the latter half, but overall the game just feels too "elementary and basic" for me to enjoy fully.. As a mobile game it's decent, as an base game... it's just ok.

Jan 31, 2021The little brother of Katamari Damacy. An adorable video game with great art direction, addicting music, funny jokes and perfect length. I even collected all achievements to get 100%.

Feb 11, 2021I installed it as part of Microsoft subscription and found it is a little gem. I enjoyed it, my 7 years old enjoyed it as well. We finished the game in one evening and it was fun, refreshing and unique.

Jan 8, 2023Puzzles are fun, storyline can be skipped- seems the pretentious twee storyline took precedence over the gameplay and so the whole thing can be finished in 2-3 hrs (depending on how much you skip through the story). A fun but brief distraction.

Nov 6, 2019Chill puzzle game with a unique mechanic - entertaining for a couple hours.

May 14, 2021Let me get this clear: this game is not funny, the idea is not new (same concept -but done better- has been used in many mobile game for many years now), the art style is not appealing, the “funny conversations” are boring and annoying.
So overrated by the “gaming press”. -
Jul 2, 2023É um jogo de puzzle para passar o tempo, você termina em uma hora. Os puzzles são divertidos e relaxantes, a história não tem nada demais, mas mesmo assim, dá uma chance, está disponível na Xbox Game Pass

May 16, 2021Donut County was an absolute delight to play on Game Pass U. It's strangely satisfying to make everything fall through a dark hole. It's only the game was too short.

Feb 28, 2022Way too much talking for me. Got bored around 2/3 of the way through. The game’s mechanics and puzzle elements are good but sorry to say that I lost interest.

Jun 8, 2022What a game! Such a relaxing game with a nice story. Its nice to play when you're laying in bed just before going to sleep. Its hard enough to keep attention but easy enough so you wont stress. The only problem i had; it was around 1.5h of gameplay. I really want a part 2! (Played it on xbox with gsmepass

Jan 28, 2019Donut County is a pretty simple puzzle game that has a lot of charming and fun puzzles, but won’t strain your brain to complete. While I had a great time with the under two hour story, I feel like there are a lot more places this game could have gone before it felt repetitive and tired. I find myself wanting more levels and characters to swallow. With a great visuals and sound, it’s pretty impressive that this was made by one person, I just wish he made more.

Jan 16, 2019To go for the lazy metaphor, Donut County is like a delicious pastry. It’s baked with the kind of care you’d only get from a homemade dessert. Maybe they could have been a little more liberal with the jelly filling, but it’s a fantastic treat regardless. Modest yet satisfying, it’s the perfect go-to if you’re craving something sweet.

Jan 14, 2019Nobody should miss the chance to try Donut County, and I hope that if there are new ideas and its creator will give us a sequel.
