    Novel, different and full of personality, Divekick will appeal to anyone who likes fun (which is all of you) but its quirkiness wears off a little too soon. [Issue#120, p.78]

    It feels good as an experiment, so it's a good choice if you're looking for an alternative to traditional fighting games. Consequently, it wouldn't work as such.

    In short, everything Divekick says it’s going to deliver, it delivers. The problem is that it doesn’t ever actually claim that it’s going to deliver all that much.
