Really like it first off, as more Deus ex is a good thing. The price of 11.99 for 2-4 hours of gameplay is difficult as there is very little replayibility. This would have served better if it was actually plugged into the story as a side mission instead of having to access it in a different menu (Jensens Stories). The level design is an expanded version of the palisade bank from Prague in the main game, so you wont see a new palette or anything design wise, though there is a new mechanic in the facility security I wont spoil.

Overall good Deus Ex content, but not enough of it.

System Rift is a fun two to three-hour add-on with some decent new challenges to overcome and an okay mini-plot, but players who were hoping for something with a bit more narrative weight to it will be disappointed. They shouldn't have promised us major revelations about the Illuminati if they didn't plan to deliver.

System Rift does an admirable job of tying Breach mode into the main story while starting to fill in the gaps between Human Revolution and Mankind Divided, but it doesn't feel complete unto itself. You’ll get two to four hours more of excellent Deus Ex gameplay, and a glimpse of what the future may hold, but not much more, which is just a bit of a tease.
