    So, with the fixes now applied to the pre-release version, is Logos worth playing? It’s a solid experience with plenty of beautiful environments to see, but the repetitive nature of combat punctuated with unfairness puts a damper on the whole experience, as if the disastrous launch month hadn’t made it damp enough already.

    Decay of Logos on Xbox One has charm and meets all the basic action/adventure RPG criteria, but offers little else. Unfortunately its ambition is let down by an average execution. The Legend of Zelda, this ain’t.

    I have no idea if its been that patched that you can no longer find bugs which wont allow you to progress, but at this time the only bug I'veI have no idea if its been that patched that you can no longer find bugs which wont allow you to progress, but at this time the only bug I've found was to be paralysed indefinitely. Never found a framerate issue.
    Having this said, the game feels and plays quite good, and it really is a pleasant surprise, given the reviews I've seen.
    The controls and movement are fine and well done. Never really noticed any delay.

    It plays like dark souls, though expect less populated areas. Difficult anyways.
    The story, lore and mechanics are worth to play.

    I'd give the game 8/9 with no problems, if you like the genre.    … Expand

I started to review it myself, but let him do it because he didn't have a game at the moment. He gave it a 4 I'm giving it a 7 I finished the game loved its difficulty setting. Loved the elk how you had to grow trust for his movements to improve. Loved the different weapon styles and attacks felt a lot like Dark Souls that way. Yes there was some bug issues, but they weren't as bad as people say. Weapons might disappear but you could reload game and they would be back, there was occasional freezes but it didnt take away from the games charm. A lot of original ideas mixed with a little borrowing from Dark Souls. If your a fan of the series, and you don't need to "Git Good" your going to enjoy this one. If your one those people who try to find flaws, and make excuses for the lack of skills your going to hate it. So Soulsbourne fans def give it a chance it's worth your time. I actually prefer it over "Ashen"… Expand

They have delivered us with an experience while not too bad, while it's not going to knock your socks off either. Its a mythical, mystery, puzzle and action RPG style game. While it's not everybody’s style of game, the formula over does work quite well. The graphics are dark but crisp with a cartoonish style that overall looks great. The controls could do with feeling slightly quicker in response, but again overall the feel of it all is solid. There’s plenty to do as you traverse through your journey that hold several puzzles, searching for loot and potions all the while with in-game fights a plenty. Overall its a worthy purchase if you're a fan of fantasy style RPGs. There's nothing here to change your mind if you aren't a fan of the genre but nothing wrong with the journey that awaits those whom are fond of the genre in place. A solid title for the Xbox One library overall.… Expand
