    A great game playing one Xbox SX. No crashes and running decently in BC mode. Love the world, love the concept. A must buy for the newer consoles.

    8 for now, cause there are quite few glitches here and there, but honestly, I spent 13h in this game in only 2 days. Its awesome

    I love this game. The world is huge and feels lived in, voice acting is great and the characters are genuine. Combat feels solid and dynamic and hacking stuff is so much fun. The graphics could be better but that says more about the hardware than the game. This game is an 8 right now while waiting for patches but otherwise I would give it a 10. Im having a blast with it!

    Played on Xbox series X. Graphics are great, ran into some bugs. Was blown away by the world design, memorable characters and overall narrative. It is a great game worthy of praise, if one can look past its current flaws.

    Is the game all that it looked like it could have been in the first reveal trailer I saw way back? Nope. Is it a good open world RPG in a new setting with replayability? Yup. I get why some people are disappointed, but I don’t get the hate.

    Great, but somehow broken game. It never should be released in this state. They lost my trust and I will never pre-order their game again. I hope CDP will remember this lesson. As for the game on Xbox One X - a lot of the things, that other users report is true. Game is badly optimized for Xbox One, although for Xbox One X it's playable, with less FPS droppings. Game looks good, textureGreat, but somehow broken game. It never should be released in this state. They lost my trust and I will never pre-order their game again. I hope CDP will remember this lesson. As for the game on Xbox One X - a lot of the things, that other users report is true. Game is badly optimized for Xbox One, although for Xbox One X it's playable, with less FPS droppings. Game looks good, texture loading is noticeable, but not as much as on PS4 screens/videos that can be found over the internet. There's also plenty of bugs, and crashes. Graphical glitches, character locking in multiple areas, enemies dying while dropping them unconsciousness. Furthermore - my XBONE X has shutdown 3 times while I was playing, and game crash to dashboard is on a regular basis (already 10+). This never happens before, so this should give an insight how big is the scale of optimizations problems. The graphic is good - of course not as good as top PC or XBOX Series X console, but I don't expect it will. Prev gen consoles just can't handle it. Also a lot of concept bugs, like the one with cops spawning, although in my opinion - worst are the one in RPG system and character leveling, perks or game balance. A lot of perks are not feel like in a right place. A lot of 20 lvl perks are much weaker than 16-18 lvl ones. A lot of them are just unusable, where some other could be in their places, with much higher functionality (i.e. no perk with buffer increase, which could be added at low level to ease hacking, or auto-hacking low level security would be a much more use-able). Also, the inventory is a one big mess. It almost looks like it was cherry-picked from Witcher 3 just with few minor changes, and inventory was one of the worst elements in Witcher 3. Selling/dismantle items, just one-by-one is so painful, that it almost screams for multi-selection functionality. Crafting system is also added just as "to-have-one-in-our-game", and again - almost 1:1 copy from Witcher 3. Although, in Witcher it had a use in crafting sets or elixirs, here in Cyberpunk crafting feels like an unusable addon. There's so much more annoying things, that I could write it further - clunky driving, bad NPC AI, NPC/cars spawning, shooting mechanics, loot pickup and more... Although, I didn't bought this game for driving or shooting, or for eating hot-dogs possibility or looking how big my horse genitals are. If I were, I would probably end in buying next CoD or GTA/RDR game. But I didn't. I bought Cyberpunk, and I bought it for story, and this one is really great here, just as it was in other CDP games. The city is looking great, the feel of living anarchic city is something I didn't found in any disthopia games across last few years. The game is absorbing, demanding every second of Your time, constantly giving You new background stories. The game is straight in showing how cruel and twisted this city can be. Although, there's always a delicate sign, that a seed of hope for this humanity is still rising here somewhere. That there's still good, uncorrupted people out there, not devastated by greed or need-for-augmentation. I'm still in early stage of the game, but already spend more than 20 hours, and I still want more. I hope they will fix the performance on consoles, and people that had less luck than I, and are still on Xbox One and PS4 will have the possibility to fully dive-in in this great story-telling experience. I'm still shattered by their scum marketing and releasing broken product, but this will inflict only my opinion and trust regarding CDP studio, and - thanks, to great story and feel - won't influence the game overall 8/10 score. If I were asked if it's worth buying, I would say YES, but NOT on prev-gen BASE consoles, and only If You don't mind a lot of bugs and crashes. Otherwise, wait for more stable release in next few months, or go for next-gen/PC version.… Expand

    Nobody forced you to buy the game! You could have waited until the first tests of the console version were available! I am very happy to be able to play such a great game even though not everything is going well! Work on it continues and it just keeps getting better.

    There is sooo much to do in night city! Such an amazing game and looks amazing! Sure it has a few bugs, nothing at all serious. I’m enjoying it fully!

    While buggy, the game runs wonderfully on next generation hardware. The story, voice acting, and characters are exactly what you would expect from a CDPR game. If this game was released by any other studio, the story would be hailed as the best they have ever done.

    I love that game! Im playing on Xbox One X, performance and graphics is for me great (some fps issues). The story is very addictive, shooting and driving a car gives me a lot of fun. Lots of side missions, a beautiful world, a wonderfully built city. I'm having a great time and I'm looking forward to the DLC.     It is clear that the game needs polish, but I trust CDPR to do the work. Shame on those who pushed for a release and are disappointed- Cyberpunk wasn't going to make 2020 any better, we just made our own trouble by over stressing the dev team. Let them patch and polish and I am sure we will get a solid product.

    I’m enjoying every bit of this game. It looks ok and I’ve only had one crash. It’ll take time for other things to improve. I feel like everyone just want to tear CDPR down.

    O jogo é incrivel, reparei alguns bugs, como itens que tu pega e aparece diferente no inventario, sumiu 100k de edinhos do nada, o carro maluco... NPC aleatorios flutuando, e NPC principal bugado. Não tive problema com fps. Mas um problema no audio, que as vezes tive que reiniciar o jogo pra voltar ao normal. umas 6x em 70hs de jogo.

    Atmosphere - 10/10, unparalleled, environmental design - 10/10, unparalleled, character design, 10/10, masterful, clothing, weapon and item design, 10/10, near-perfect -- Character and general side quest writing - 10/10, second only to    9.5/10 is the real score. But all of my favorite games *(like New Vegas) are technical disasters. I am talking about the CONTENT of the game.

    Atmosphere - 10/10, unparalleled,

    environmental design - 10/10, unparalleled,

    character design, 10/10, masterful,

    clothing, weapon and item design, 10/10, near-perfect --

    Character and general side quest writing - 10/10, second only to Red Dead 2, although Panam is essentially the best romance ever in gaming, Judy is clearly amazing, River, Kerry and the mayor quests are very well done, Sinnerman is perfect, and there are at least ten side quests I will remember forever.

    Main quest, 9/10 - better than Witcher 3, as Keanu Reeves is significantly more interesting than Ciri, and each quest is meaty as **** (example: parade quest, genius, so effin' good). Also some great thoughts on identity, consequence, and the past coming back to haunt you (or make you heart-warmingly melt).

    Gameplay - 9/10 - Hyper fun, everything feels good, doublejump/charge jump changes the nature of the game and exploration, stealth is underdeveloped

    Music/sound - 10 - Even the stations that have music I wouldn't typically enjoy are clearly well produced and self evidently awesome. Insanely well done. Guns are meaty, crunchy, crispy and everything in between. Katanas sound lovely. Voice acting is effing great almost always.

    performance - F - sucks **** but of course it does, the content of the game does and performance does not subtract that many points.    … Expand

    I am playing on the series X, but this is the only place that I can rate my experience. I’ve had some glitches on day one and a few after, but since the hotfix it has been running much better for me. If this game can be experienced the way it’s meant to be, it is an absolutely phenomenal game. I understand the Xbox One and PS4 versions don’t play well yet, but if you are able to play thisI am playing on the series X, but this is the only place that I can rate my experience.     I have finished the gane today and I think its very ubique game. Scale of night city is really unbelivable. Characters and overal story are breathtaking. I finish in 50h and i had one few bugs, mostly it was only visual bug. I had only one bug that side mission stuck. I was playing On Xbox series x and game work there very snooth

    Performance. It's ok. The picture is blurry, but the same way as in Monster hunter world for example. Gameplay/story. Oh my God! I really did not feel like a dope fiend without any game for a long time before cyberpunk. It's breathtaking. Lol

    [m]R3LOAD[/m] su XboX Series X stupenda esperienza. Gioco da 38 anni ai VG e non rendersi conto del capolavoro è gravissimo. Unica cosa che posso capire e capisco, è che se gioco 3 ore e vedi dei bug dovuti alla console di vecchia generazione e ti blocchi nell'andare avanti... però calma ragazzi e BM vediamo di essere seri e almeno essere umili ed aspettare. Voto per 10

    I’m playing on the series x and so far my experience has been great I’m playing in quality mode witch is locked at 30 FPS 1800 p and while I’d obviously like the 60 FPS I feel the game runs better at 30 since the preformance mode is not locked. So far so good no complaints yet.

    After applying 1.04 patch the game become significantly more robust and stable. Face the true - the world and the story is amazing. If You liked The Witcher, you will love Cyberpunk even more. Epic game, with less and less technical issues

    The main story is really good, the side missions are extraordinary and most of the characters are AMAZING! I could say breathtaking game except the bugs and crashes but honestly it’s not a big deal. People just love to go with the hype train. I love it and everybody will in the next few years after the fixes. I must mention that I look forward to see the cyberpunk series on netflix.
    I know it’s not easy to deal with the investors but I think CDPR made big strategic mistakes when they overextend themselves with the short release deadlines.    … Expand

    I'm presently 25 hours into the game on my XBox One. And yes, I do notice glitches quite frequently. I had to reload from a save-game once because    Normally I don't write game reviews. But looking at all the discussions about problems bugging Cyberpunk 2077 after release, and given how I enjoyed myself with the game in the last week, I felt strangely compelled to do so this time around.

    I'm presently 25 hours into the game on my XBox One. And yes, I do notice glitches quite frequently. I had to reload from a save-game once because a quest item was not there anymore. And the visuals look less polished than in gameplay trailers.
    One the other hand, the game has great storytelling, great characters and character development, a great ambiance, not the least by a killer soundtrack, etc. Despite the above shortcomings, the game has soul and depth, and seems crafted with love. Which in the end matters more to me than aforementioned issues.

    Yes, CD PR would probably have been wise to delay the game longer to fix these issues and avoid this fuzz. On the other hand, I am very happy that I can already play the game this Christmas holiday, and am thoroughly enjoying myself with this. And for me, despite its shortcomings, this is the game of the year. Hence, my present score is a 9, to be changed into a 10 once the most obvious issues have been fixed.

    Lastly, I take my digital hat off to CDPR for their level of ambition with CP2077. Night City is huge, the story is huge, the further potential is huge. This takes audacity, and I am sure this will pay off in the end, even if this means some people will need to have patience for a while longer. But me, I am happy I spend my eddies on this one already, and am quite certain I will be an inhabitant of Night City for quite some time to come.    … Expand

    I play on the Xbox One X version and it plays near perfect. I had sunk countless hours in this game and only had 2 crashes and 2 bugs which is far within normal range especially for a game of this size. There was never a game I played that had zero bugs. The graphics are insane and the attention to detail is extreme. This game is a 10.

    I love this game. I have it on my xbox one s and am having a blast. It doesn't look as great as I hoped, I am on a last gen console, but the story, the environment, and the sheer amount of stuff you can do is so much fun! Bugs can get annoying, but I have been enjoying every minute of this game.

    Marvelous game. Technical difficulties aside CD Projekt Red just managed to create world like no other. Patch 1.04 fixed so many bugs that it's just unfair to judge it based on pre-release state.

    I've been playing Cyberpunk on XSX and i am having a blast. About the bugs, yes there are some, but it's just like in any other game of that type at launch. A few visual ones here ant there, maybe quest not triggered for me twice and i had to reload save, that's all. Nothing really game or immersion breaking like people say. To put it into a context Fallout 4 at launch was much worse forI've been playing Cyberpunk on XSX and i am having a blast. About the bugs, yes there are some, but it's just like in any other game of that type at launch. A few visual ones here ant there, maybe quest not triggered for me twice and i had to reload save, that's all. Nothing really game or immersion breaking like people say. To put it into a context Fallout 4 at launch was much worse for me. And i am not speaking about just visual bugs but game crashesh and performance related stuff that actually stopped me from playing. But i guess if Bethesda or any other well known developer releases bugged game it's ok, because we expect that. Why expect excelence from RED and let other slip ? That is just not fair. Especially considering fact that Cyberpunk is brand new IP, not yet another part of brand well established. We all know those games that are being released each year and we are so used to them that we are not even surpised if there any bugs or gamne mechanics that wasn't fixed for years. What is important is that bugs will be fixed and what we are left with is probably the most impresive open world game i have ever seen. I am not speaking Red Dead Redemption grass fields and forest impressive. I am speaking city so dense, so complex, so rich in detail that it could be used in next 10 CODs or split into a few Assassins. Night City designs is just mind boggling. Streetsm buildings, highways, alleys, levels on top of levels and all that covered by shades of enormous skyscrapers towering over the city. And none on them looking copy paste. Each alley could be a seperate level in any given AAA shooter. Atention to details is just insane. All that is served in most beautifull lighting system i have ever seen. Just the visual aspect of Cyberpunk deserves high score. But we are also getting really solid action RPG. With good storyline, well acted characters and great dialogues. Animations is what really sells them. There is enough stat/skill/inventory menagment to satisfy any RPG fan. Crafting, upgreading items, weapon mods, implants, all there. And the part i feared the most, shooting. It is really fun, good shooter fun actually. I am surprised how well CDPred pulled that of knowing that they have zero experience with shooters. To crown it all, great music and sound, really setting the mood. If you are Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Bladerunner fan this game is must have for you. Its is like those worlds brought to life. This is easily on of the best open world game ever made and solid very action rpg. Any "reviews" saying otherewise are either written by people who never played it or other games or just pure hatred. In my opinion it deserves solid 9. But i amd giving it a 10 because how the world design and scale impacted me and to counterbalance all those hate zero scores that are just rubbish.… Expand

    *Yes, CDPR was in the wrong to keep people in the dark about bad performance on the weaker hardware. That's still no reason to review bomb the game like whiney entitled brats. They are giving refunds, if you really want your money back then go get it back. If you wanna blame anyone them blame the share holders. You all know the real reason they held back the news is because of stocks & investors.

    Xbox (X)

    Game runs far better on the X, especially after installing patch 1.04. If this is any indication of the future of the game then that means the game will be fixed in the coming months. The difference in performance between patch 1.02 & 1.04 is so huge I'd say that they can & will get the game running at acceptable levels on all hardware soon enough. Just be patient.

    (Review)

    The game itself is amazing. No question. The city itself is the most lifelike & most immersive city & open world I've ever seen in any video game ever. The downside, is that it's really easy to get lost or forget where that specific area is that you want to go see again just for the fun of it. The plus side, is when you do 'refind' it, it gets easier to keep 'refinding' it because it's all so memorable. Every nook & cranny of the city is built in such a way where you will eventually find everything like you grew up in the city itself. You'll probably be able to traverse parts the city without a map like the back of your hand, after a few dozen hours of game play. And trust me, you will be spending more than a few dozen hours playing this game, especially if you plan on doing side quests because there are hundreds of them. There's also dynamic crime in the city, marked by blue quest markers (regular quests are marked yellow) which happen constantly. Did you take out a drug lord recently? Well, looks like another one showed up to take his place.

    There's also a ton of little details in the city full of hidden goods & unique weapons/armor. You see an alley way, chances are you are gonna wanna explore it. There might be hidden treasure there. Then there's the game's story & characters. This is some of the best written characters you'll ever see in modern media, period. I'd go as far to say that the writing in this game is on par or better than Witcher 3. The devil's in the details & the details are insane.

    Now, let me talk about bugs. yes, there are bugs & glitches. HOWEVER, your mileage will vary on if you even experience them. Those videos of cars spawning in at random, or falling through the world? Well, I've played the game for over 40+ hours already & not seen that happen once. The most common bug I've had is my character getting stuck or bouncing on chairs or tables in the scenery, or the audio/subtitles not loading correctly & a game crash every few hours. As per usual, social media has blown the 'bug' situation completely out of proportion. The textures & models not loading properly is probably more a hardware issue than a game issue. Slower hard drives & CPU/RAM can make that easily happen. In any case, yes the game has issues. No, they aren't game breaking.

    2020's already been such a crappy year, people. Can't we please just enjoy the game without everyone going psycho on the internet? Seriously, just go get a refund if you're really that upset about it. Better yet, go get some hard eggnog, light one up & relax cause the worst year we've had in a while ain't over yet & there's still more years to come.

    In this game is nothing that explodes your mind, it just did the action RPG elements with high quality and well, and this in my eyes surpassed all the competitors on this field (the game is 8/10 on the case, since it is just high-quality but not perfect, but due to such a number of meaningless zero marks, I put ten in support of CD red, they are made grate job)

I remember fallout 4 and Skyrim experiencing a LOT of technical issues too, but I don't remember this kind of backlash. The game has so much to do, so much to see, some side quests can be glitched but sometimes a simple reload of a checkpoint can fix it, sometimes it's not a glitch and is based on a conversation choice, I love that, and the story just grips at every turn. I can't remember the last time I was hooked on a game like this. Well not since Final Fantasy VII on playstation 1. I know I'm old right. This game really has everything I wanted and more than I expected. (In a good way). If I was to offer one sole criticism: it should not have been launched for xbox one or ps4, they seem to be having a lot of technical issues with the game, it should have been a PC, Series X/S and PS5 exclusive. The performance issues are non existant on the Series X. Maybe that's why my experience has been better than a lot of peoples, however the fact that CDPR are offering a free upgrade to Next Gen should maybe keep people in hope.     I have no doubt people are experiencing bugs on the original PS4 & Xbox one consoles. But my experience with Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox One X is almost flawless no texture problems nothing. the only issue I've had personally is the game freezing & cutting off and that's only happened twice in my 40hr playthrough. Cyberpunk is masterpiece

    Aside from a memory leak this game delivers great combat, inventive and provocative quests,well developed main and side stories and a world you can get lost in. Hours of enjoyment I have 2 different playthroughs and have loved them both

    Played it on PC and Xbox Series X it is obviously better on PC but I think it was overall at least for me pretty good on XSX. The only bug I experienced was a screen freeze about once an hour maybe two hours and it would last for a couple of seconds.

    I like this game. There are some bugs and glitches, but still it was worth to wait for it. We can be sure that the next few patches will repair most of bugs and glitches.

    I'm playing on the Xbox One X and I've honestly only had a few minor glitches. Im a sims 4 player so I guess I've learned patients lol but honestly this game is great. Captivating story line fun shooter, and cool mods. I love it. Wish more people could play honestly.

Or splinter cell blacklist? Or GTA Vs first glitches. The game is gorgeous even on console and the mechanics are amazing. Side missions are sick and not very repetitive. The game does not wow visually the story is great and it will keep me entertained at least 150 hours with all the side quests and content. I also must note I am playing on the series X Performance mode is lacking 1080P 60 fps. With dips below 60 but the game still looks ok it is very much playable. Now visual mode you get 4k 30 fps. If you must play the game on console right now the best looking way to play is with a series x. I do recommend having a one x or a series s or series x. The original Xbox one and Xbox one s are lacking at the moment. Now with all that said if you have a one x or later ie..series s or x and you are a fan of RPG's get this game you will enjoy it.… Expand

That being said when this game is actually firing on all cylinders it is one of the best gaming experiences I've had in my entire life, I cannot put this game down.     The games is a great relief for true rpg fans, you have to spec wisely, no push a button and reset character skills making each character build unique, I like this game, yes it’s had some bugs but I’ve been having a blast and that’s all that matters to me!

    Play on One X instead of One. Best RPG I ever played. Map is amazing. Fighting can be however you want. Lots of customization with your character. Enemies drop their weapons always unlike The Outer Worlds. Cars get better as you get better ones. Side quests are amazing. Characters are well scripted. 10/10.

    Overall, I think there’s a lot to like when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077, which has been unfortunately marred by poor performance issues on a number of platforms, and some poor communication (along with some overpromising) on the part of the publisher. It’s clear that a lot of work went into putting this game together, and it’s unfortunate that it had to release in a state that feels a little unfinished. It’s still a game you can very much derive enjoyment from, even in its current state but your ability to overlook open-world bugs and performance issues is certainly going to factor in quite a bit.

    Cyberpunk 2077 didn't meet my expectations, but also didn't disappoint me. It delivered an RPG experience like no other, delving deep into themes like control, awareness and addiction. The combat is great and the graphics are amazing, but the bugs and some under-cooked systems make it seem like the devs got lazy, and that's always a bad sign. (Played on Xbox Series X)
