    Compared to other COD games, this game is garbage. The maps are entirely to big, the colors are to drab and everything looks the same making it difficult to see who you are shooting at, the guns are forgettable (except maybe the tac 12), the spawns are ridiculous. I thought this would have changed from 360 to Xbox One, it hasn't much. People you kill still spawn directly behind you. TheCompared to other COD games, this game is garbage.     I just want to explain why I gave it a 4. The game wasn't terrible but it wasn't good. The best parts where were you got to play as the dog and rip people's throats out. Otherwise the story was really bland. Online matchmaking wasn't terrible but the variety of maps seemed very limited unless you decided to fork out more money to buy their mappacks.

    One of the worst games I have played in my entire life, with a mediocre campaign, unsatisfying gameplay, dull poor graphics, an uninspired Extinction mode, forgettable maps that are horribly designed, a god awful spawn system and health that enables you to die in half a second Cod Ghosts is the worst title in the entire franchise and possibly the worst FPS I have ever played.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I'm sad to say that COD has completely run it's course. This iteration is so poorly done on so many levels. The campaign is laughable and unimaginative. The multiplayer is the same warmed over, regurgitated garbage Activision has been selling for years.
    Mechanically, the game is next to broken. The lag is enough to make you throw your controller and the map design is awful.
    It disappoints graphically as well. This game certainly doesn't have a next-gen look or feel.

    The multiplayer was beyond terrible - less appealing than ever before. I don't even have the urge to play enough to prestige, which has never happened to me before. This game makes Black Ops look like a masterpiece. The multiplayer is unoriginal, and if anything, actually dimmed down. It's completely unbalanced. Multiplayer: 3.

    Extinction - or, in other words, a ripoff version of Zombies. Less fun, less attractive, and more ridiculous, you're fighting aliens this time. Complete a few bland objectives, shoot a few guns, and run alot. It's Zombies without the fun of Zombies. There's barely any dynamic evemts, except for Hive placement. Extinction: 4.

    Other, miscellaneous stuff? The graphics look like they're from a game produced in 2008. Lag, hit detection, and other persisting problems that have been in CoD games forever and never fixed exist bere as well. There aren't dynamic events in multiplayer, despite what the developers said.     When Activision advertised this game a few months ago, they made a huge commotion about how its going to have a new engine and it will be updated for Next-Gen consoles, sadly this isn't the case. I truly feel that Activision & Infinity Ward have well and truly milked this cow dry and its now the fall of a dead, predictable and boring series.     It is not enough that you cough up $500 for the system with only one remote but you also purchase this game only to find that you are also expected to purchase the Xbox Live if you ever expect to "Rank UP". I agree that this is not much different from the rest, so it is not living up to the hype.     I was a huge COD fan on the 360 but this game is just plain not fun. Multiplayer maps are a joke - poorly designed and too small. Single player is boring. There sadly isn't much to like about this game, here's hoping for a better experience with the next COD.

    WHY IS THIS ON NEXT-GEN? It has no purpose. Not only that, its also a crappy game anyways, making this "Next-Gen" version WORSE. I would at least give the Last-Gen version a 5.

    Easily the worst COD ever made. A big COD gamer all friends and I left cold and disappointed by this release and we now don't play COD at all. The main problem is it just doesn't feel like COD. People can argue wether or not its Next Gen the main problem is it just isn't fun. TERRIBLE

    Boring, uninteresting gameplay. Really wish I hadn't bought the Season Pass at the same time I bought the game. I went back to playing Black Ops II on the old 360 which is a superior game in all regards.

    This game still runs on the CoD4 engine and is nothing but a reskin with a half assed campaign as always. Avoid it and get a better next gen game for your money

    My conclusion is that it is stale and boring. Just like MW3. Just like MW2. Maybe I just enjoy Treyarch's adaptions a bit more.     Maps are way too large and the ability to camp is frankly at its highest i have seen since ive started playing this franchise. My friend who got me into playing this franchise since MW2 has decided that even he has had enough and no longer plays.     There is no run and gun in this game. Unless you're in a clan that is and that point you as the single player will always be overwhelmed because as you kill one person here comes the other clan mates coming through how many more side doors to kill you.

For example, in the end you shoot Rorke with a 44 magnum in the chest and flood a train that fell in the water. You and your brother (whoever their names are, these characters are so unmemorable) swim to the shore and everything seems fine; then out of the blue Rorke comes out, breaks your arm, and locks you in a cage in the end cut scene (hinting at a sequel). A step backwards from the innovation of Black Ops 2. The multiplayer is not much better than the single player. **** maps that are larger than in any other Call of Duty. Super fast killing weapons that encourage camping along with the most **** annoying lethal called the IED. The action is extremely boring on most maps except Strike Zone and Free Fall. They completely ruined Scrapyard (called Ignition in this game) when they launched DLC, because of all the campers and other problems this game has compared with MW2. Extinction was a good idea, but fell short after DLC came out. Point of Contact was a bit fun, but could become repetitive. DLC was extremely disappointing. Nightfall was so damn difficult that it was unplayable. The only thing Infinity Ward did right was perk balance. That was it! Scorestreaks are so weak that it is ridiculous, except for the guard dog and the juggernaut maniac. I would have preferred survival from MW3 versus squads in this game. I barely play it. I got bored of this game in less than 2 months. This entire game is a complete pile of **** and can't believe I wasted $120 on this. If you have not bought this game already, do yourself a favor and get a better game like Titanfall instead. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!… Expand

    Also, this game is pretty much pay to win. They are selling this rifle called the 'Maverick' and it just kills people within nanoseconds of pulling the trigger.
    The only reason critics are saying that this game is good because they're either being paid (IGN) or they only care about the graphics. I really couldn't care less about the graphics if the gameplay is brilliant but that simply is just not the case here.

    In my opinion the worst COD ever, visually it is one the same level as the PS2 games, the campaign is a bit boring and of course repetitive and the multiplayer mode is a complete disaster. The maps are bigger the Battlefield's ones for a 6 vs 6 game, they're ugly and boring as hell.

    O jogo aquela coisa, mais do mesmo. O mesmo jogo CoD:BO2 com a história um pouco diferente. Black Ops 2 foi muito melhor. O CoD:Ghots realmente está um lixo, gráficos feios, mal produzido, armas fracas. Um fiasco!

    Game is terrible. I expected so much more from it. Its getting a 1 because I sonewhat enjoyed the story, but the multiplayer is the worst I have ever playin a COD game. Its completely broken and they don't seem to care to fix it. Such a waste of money...

    If you like COD series you'll like this, plays similar to all the others. Enjoyable game if a bit bland, if i had played the last couple of entries in this series I would have probably rated this lower but so far for next gen consoles i've found it much better than killzone and bf4 has too many issues so this gets my pick for the best fps launch title so far.

Never again I'm buying any season passes they are overpriced and useless. No features like make your on tag, no anti air launchers opened in the options. Huge Shame.     All you have to say is cod and everyone knows how the game play is, don't matter which cod it is. This cod is the same as the old cod and the same as the old old cod. We need something new in our lives. SPOILER ALERT!!! Next cod will be the same as this one!

    Infinity Ward has lost capacity, it's out of ideas. Call of Duty: Ghosts is the same blast of scripts in single-player and the conventional formula in multiplayer. That's all. Fun and addictive as always, this game is silent in your Call of Duty collection, it leaves no trace.

    Call of Duty: Ghosts is a mess of a game. That’s not to say that it’s nonfunctional or bad to play, rather, it loses sight of its core principles and eschews an amazing opportunity with the advent of our transition to next-gen, as well as being the first true IW CoD sans Zampella and West, through poorly constructed (and utilised) tech, half-assed delivery of modes and a single-player campaign that sets the series back more than a few years.
