Nov 4, 2021Everyone appears to be having fun and that gusto carries some of the weaker moments. This becomes the crux of what makes Bloodshore great, it isn’t aiming for high-minded art but at larger-than-life entertainment with energy and gusto. As long as you, the audience, are game then you will have a blast.

Nov 3, 2021Bloodshore is a good back-to-form entry for Wales Interactive. It's a bloodsoaked, campy thrill ride that mixes a brilliant combination of reality TV show with Battle Royale hijinks. The script is cheesy at times, but at other moments well observed - but at all points the story flows at a brilliantly fast rate.
-
Feb 23, 2022As far as an interactive movie, it has enough dialogue choices to let you feel in control but at the same time uncertain the outcome will be good. You can’t play it only once, because you do need to experience a good majority of the decisions in order to figure out how you want the story to end. It’s not going to put you on the edge of your seat, but there is enough content to keep you satisfied through at least a few playthroughs.
-
Nov 3, 2021Featuring characters it's difficult to give a shit about, as well as an entirely throwaway narrative that you'll immediately forget as soon as the credits roll, Bloodshore is mildly entertaining, but only in a “look at how bad this is” way. Don't waste your time.
