Bleed's entertainment value is through the roof. Despite some nitpicks here and there, they're all overshadowed by the fast-paced, balls to the walls action that Bleed has to offer.

BLEED challenged me a lot more than I thought it would, especially on the harder difficulties. You’re going to need quick reflexes and perfect aim to conquer these difficult challenges. Even though the level count is very low, being able to earn currency by completing them numerous times encourages replayability, making subsequent runs somewhat easier with each upgrade, eventually giving you the confidence to try a harder difficulty. With its low cost of entry, BLEED is a fun little title to tide you over for a day or two if you want to challenge yourself and don’t mind replaying levels a handful of times. Heck, BLEED is also a great distraction when you want a break from playing any of the triple A titles that may be out this fall too.

Bleed is a short and entertaining romp that will keep anyone glued to their screen. Each stage is packed with fiends to destroy, and the bosses are suitably engaging. The difficulty never reaches a point of needless frustration. Even on the harder settings, checkpoints are generous. There's also a one-life mode for those seeking the ultimate challenge. However, this has largely been rendered obsolete by its sequel, Bleed 2. That's not to say that run 'n gun fans should pass this over, as it is fun and well-designed, but the successor is simply the better pick.

Bleed is one of the greatest Twin stick shooters of all time, this game is amazing. Since I am reviewing bleed after bleed 2 has come out, IBleed is one of the greatest Twin stick shooters of all time, this game is amazing. Since I am reviewing bleed after bleed 2 has come out, I would recommend bleed 2 more than this one. But holy, it is worth checking out. Bleed is a twin stick shooter in a entire new way, Bleed is different. Playing it is a experience, it has the best shooting if not better than 2. While 2's gameplay is more fun, bleed has a more fps feel to it. Bleed 1 and 2 is worth picking up. While bleed 2 is better in every way, bleed is worth playing. Expand
