    Que juego tan feo, paleta de colores muy alegre que dan ganas de vomitar, humor ridículo, malos rediseños de personajes feos. Este juego parece una caricatura de mala calidad de cartoon network. Este es una patada para los fans de BattleToads y uno de los peores regresos de una saga tan amada ahora pisoteada. Bien hecho Microsoft

    o jogo abandona a historia dos antecessores cade o mestre dos battletoads? tem partes genericas de plataforma, nave e beat up, o desing dos inimigos e bem bosta, os do battletoads ate salva, ou seja um jogo merda, eu conseguiria fazer um jogo melhor que esse sem nem usar os personagens.

    Man I was so mad because I believed they cancelled this game because everyone complained about the art direction, this game legitimately doesn't feel like battletoads, it's just a game with Rash, Pimple, and Zits that also happened to be a beat em up, it's typical of Microsoft to be extremely lazy about the games that made Rare popular.     Battletoads felt like they were supposed to be kind of like the edgey counterparts to Ninja Turtles. The arcade cabinet had a bunch of blood and guts, the Queen always dressed like a hooker, the graphics were never nearly as bright and shiney as it was presented here.

    The graphics looks like modern day flash animation. And I get it, I am sure that people are probably tired of hearing    Battletoads felt like they were supposed to be kind of like the edgey counterparts to Ninja Turtles.     It just looks and feels like they made it as non offensive as possible. And I suppose I get that from a marketing standpoint, they'll be able to pull in a much wider demographic because of that. Unfortunately in the process, Rare has managed to basically completely alienate the original fans of the series from the franchise. Great job on neutering the Battletoads.    … Expand

    Não adianta, só jogando para entender a proposta do jogo, não adianta julgar apenas por vídeo. O jogo em si é muito bom e divertido, apesar do estilo mais animado ser diferente dos games da década de 90 , ficou muito bacana. Para quem acha que a jogabilidade é lenta não se engane, não é. O jogo tem vários tipos de fases diferentes e alguns mini games. O jogo conseguiu inovar mesmo ao mesmoNão adianta, só jogando para entender a proposta do jogo, não adianta julgar apenas por vídeo.     Hasta el de Super Nintendo era mejor... Vaya destrozo que han hecho con este juego.
    Estoy cansado de la poca calidad de XBOX, la próxima generación no pienso equivocarme y compraré una PlayStation 5.
    Lo peor que hice fue comprar la Xbox

Lo mejor del juego es que bebe de Street of Rage y del estilo animado y hunorístico tipo Cartoon Network, hasta aquí lo bueno de mi review, el juego es extremadamente corto (en menos de 3 horas lo terminas), no tiene coop online, y se hace tremendamente repetitivo..... no era el regreso de la saga que se esperaba… Expand

    First half of this game is a Beat 'Em Up with some QTEs & hacking mini games. Second half of the game is fighting with itself on if it wants to be a platformer, a QTE mini game, a twin stick shooter... it is a hodgepodge. Game has no idea what it wants to be.

    The humor is silly. If you like Borderlands then this fits in. Cutscenes feel very... Teen Titans Go inspired. Story feels so...     Um dos jogos mais divertido em tempos. Fazia tempo que Nak via um jogo com tanto humor e ao mesmo tempo desafiador, recomendo muito!

    I loved Battletoads as a franchise, I had a blast with every game released and even games the toads cameoed in were all good games. Then this came along. The game looks like crap a two year old could have made and doesn’t play much better. Thanks for killing Battletoads for me.

    Divertido e desafiador. Como um cara que nunca jogou os jogos antigos, não sou apto para dizer se é melhor ou pior que os anteriores. Curti praticamente tudo em questão de gameplay e suas mecânicas, porém achei o estilo de arte do jogo bem zoado, mas nada que atrapalhou minha experiência.

    Destruíram a franquia Battletoads, joguinho de celular que não tem nada de nostálgico. Uma pena, gráficos abaixo do esperado, puzzles idiotas, e missões que parecem com joguinho de atari. História idiota, jogo curto demais. Mais uma vez a Microsoft decepcionando. Só não dou zero por pena.

    The game is amazing, the mechanics of combos, character changes, art direction, story and the voice acting is very good too, however, there is a multiplayer missing, the only thing you would need for the game to be complete! Congratulations to Dlala and Rare, together with the Microsoft team :)

    Initially when microsoft announced this game, I saw a lot of people with their feet behind, saying that it is very childish and that the game would not succeed, however with the game released I see that this has become the opposite considering that most of these friends are now playing the game, Battletoads (2020) is a platform game, bullethell, puzzle and finally Beat 'em up, the game manages to mix all these styles as you play without being tiring, the game has a great story and very funny, I I played this game in stream and I always saw a friend laughing, the game plays with the time without having a continuation (long 26 years) and plays with many other things in a healthy way, I played the game on the battletoads difficulty and I must say that there were some moments that I felt that the game was too difficult, but it was just me stopping for a minute, breathing and playing again that I realized that the whole stage has a trick to pass, it's not impossible, it's just a "look around that you go i realize what to do "this i say more for puzzles and bullethell levels, finally the game deserves a higher score than the current one shown, i saw with a large part of the reviews are from people who are not playing the game or just giving a negative review for saying that the game is too short or too difficult, well I will play the marathon game for 9 hours solo and I loved it, it was a great experience, the last time I had an experience like this was with cuphead, finally I played on pc, I didn't see any graphics problems, image or audio bugs, nothing that could get in the way.

    Inicialmente quando a microsoft anunciou esse game, vi muita gente com o pé atrás, dizendo que esta muito infantil e que o game não iria vingar, porém com o game lançado vejo que isso se tornou o contrario considerando que a maioria desses amigos agora estão jogando o game, Battletoads ( 2020) é um jogo plataforma, bullethell,puzzle e por fim Beat 'em up, o jogo consegue bem misturar todos esses estilos conforme você joga sem ser algo cansativo, o jogo tem uma otima historia e muito engraçada, eu joguei em stream esse game e sempre via algum amigo caindo na risada, o jogo brinca com o tempo que ficou sem ter uma continuação ( longos 26 anos ) e brinca com varias outras coisas de forma sadia, joguei o game na dificuldade battletoads e devo dizer que teve alguns momentos que senti que o jogo era dificil demais, mas foi só eu parar um minuto, respirar e jogar novamente que percebi que toda a fase tem um macete para ser passada, não é nada impossivel, é apenas um "olhe em volta que você vai perceber o que deve fazer" isso eu digo mais para os puzzles e fases bullethell mesmo, por fim o jogo merece sim uma nota maior do que a nota atual mostrada, vi com grande partes das reviews são de pessoas que não estão jogando o game ou apenas dando review negativa por dizer que o jogo é curto ou dificil demais, bom eu zerei o game maratonando por 9 horas solo e adorei, foi uma otima experiencia, a ultima vez que tive uma experiencia assim foi com cuphead, por fim joguei no pc, não vi problemas graficos, bugs de imagem ou audio, nada que poderia atrapalhar.    … Expand

    Got bored of the game really quick and uninstalled after an hour, nothing but a sidescrolling game mashing buttons 24/7, now this would be a good game.... if it was released in the 90's, very disappointing and on top of that the humor in this game is cringy. The only reason im giving it a 1 is because the game works properly

    Had a total blast with this Battletoads sequel. The animated bits are funny as hell and the action is quick and responsive. Some of the mini games don't land but I love the tone shifts between the brawling sequences. Hope we get a sequel down the line. Great job Dlala studios!

    It's the worst game i play this year. period, the combat is repetitive and boring, the enemies design looks like something a 5 year old child would draw, the humor is 6 hour of the game saying that the old fanbase are a bunch of morons, there are better games of the past out there, play SOR4 or Crash 4, forget this piece of garbage, the TOADS are dead, tks Microsoft

    Excelente historia (aún que no se tome en serio).
    Gran banda sonora. Adictivo. Excelente gameplay. El juego es muy adictivo y tiene tres dificultades para quien quiera una experiencia casual o una experiencia un poco más ruda. El juego cuenta con muchísimos minijuegos y diferentes géneros dentro de un beat'em up. Personalmente le doy un 10, el juego me gustó y espero haya    Gran animación.

    O jogo é muito divertido, não fica preso em apenas andar e bater, tem muitas variações de tipos de fases e cenários, trilha sonora boa (no geral) apenas achei os "traços" meio infantis demais, e tem uma fase aonde precisa se consertar a nave do jogo que é muito bagunçado, não tem tempo para fazer as coisas e é muito confuso, e por esses dois fatores minha nota é 8 pq de    MINHA OPINIÃO

    Un juego bastante divertido aunque perdió la alta dificultad de sus antecesores, algunos mini juegos suelen ser repetitivos pero en general es bastante variado, es una buena adición al gamepass.

    I dont really understand the negative reviews. Maybe the design change put some people off, but 10/0? Wtf?

    Game is definetly a quality one, one of the best and most varied beat m ups out there. Its just fun to paly and the humor is great. Try it out on GamePass at least, its a really fun game. I was off with the design as well first but if you actually play the game, its just grow on you.

    O melhor do jogo está no humor e carisma dos personagens. O jogo tem uma trilha sonora foda com um bom rock pesado que casa muito bem com casa fase. A história do jogo não deixa a desejar a ninguém e te prende facilmente a ponto de vc imaginar que está vendo uma animação ou seriado.

    BattleToads is an extremely fun game. Great 2D animation and overflowing with vibrant colours and ideas. However; I feel the game lacks depth compared to other games in the beat em up genre. Even ones made in the 80's and 90's. Non the less it is a great time.

    the style is nice. It stops there. This is the most repetitive **** I have ever played. 10 minutes in a vehicle in a long corridor. IT NEVER ENDS. Everything is filler. Cutscenes are meaningless after bashing your head in especially during that boat part. They should PAY people to play this. The game is literally insanity on every level

    Fells like old platform games and that is good, even they made it more modern cartoon, the game concept and sound is pretty good and have its difficult if you play on batletoads mode. The split screen mode is a must nowadays, and the only complaint reasonable that can be done here is that it could be more longer than it actually is.

I really enjoyed the combat but i thought that some combos were difficult to pull off on the xbox controller. This would probably be better on a keyboard.

    Cutscenes in this game can come across as quite "childish" but also made me laugh out loud on many occasions. The writing for each character is great and they comedically balance eachother's personality.

    I said that this game starts out strong, and this is because the game loses its identity at around the 3-4 hour mark. I think they try and venture too deep into different genres and you dont have a single beat em up sequence for a long time. As i said before, this game is a beat em up at the core, and it became a sort of mess in the middle, which some people will take as a positive, but i took as a slight negative, as the beat em up parts is where battletoads flourishes. The story also starts to drag at this point, theyre trying to fill in content for a simple story, and dont execute it too well. However the gameplay more or less make up for this (atleast for me)

    I think in the end, battletoads (2020) is a light hearted, humorous arcade sorta game, which can be enjoyed the first time round, but isnt something to be replayed as there isnt too much to do after. I really hope a sequel releases as it could really build upon the story and i would love to see a TV show made for this    … Expand

    This game is so much fun. They’ve created a Saturday Morning Cartoon that is interactive and difficult to master. There are a ton of great mini games, much like the old games. It took me 4 hours to get through a play through on the medium difficulty and I died a ton. Although it’s short there are challenges to give it replay value and “Battletoads” difficulty is extremely challenging. TheThis game is so much fun. La mayoría de mini juegos están muy bien logrados y entretenidos. Algunos no tienen mucho sentido.

    This game is as cool as it is frustrating. Some "mini games" are very nice but there are other ones that are stupidly made or just annoying. I enjoyed the first 2 acts of the game but the 3rd and 4th are reaaally frustrating. I finished the 3rd but can’t get pass the 4th. Because of that, it can’t be more than a 6/10 but I would have liked giving it a 8 if it were not because of the last act.

Para quem, como eu que jogou os antigos em suas épocas no NES, SNES e arcade, pode torcer o nariz de cara e aconteceu comigo. Principalmente pelo estilo cartoon atual tendência. Mas se vc esquecer os jogos antigosGostei bastante do jogo. Os combos são bem legais e sem muita complicações para executar. O desenvolvimento da história é bom e o jogo tem um nível de dificuldade razoável.     Juggling genres is the series’ trademark and the latest game offers much larger variety in that aspect than any of its predecessor. Most of the genres were tackled well enough, but not all ideas are spot-on and almost every part of the game could be improved. It is the best Battletoads game to date though and it would’ve scored higher if it wasn’t for one frustrating and infuriating section towards the end of the campaign. [11/2020, p.55]
