    Désolé d’avoir donné une mauvaise note, mais j’ai mes propres raisons, un fan d’AC:

    1. Graphisme : moyen C’est plutôt beau, mais par apport à Origin(les déserts impressionnants) et Odyssey(tout est MAGNIFIQUE), on peut dire que Valhalla est MOCHE, à part les paysages d’hiver, il ne reste que des villages replis de boue, oui c’est moche. 2.     I spent nearly 200 hours in this game and absolutely loved it. Lots to do main story, side quests, and plenty of secrets. This game got me back in the AC series. Prepare to have to put in 80 to 100 hours just to complete the main quest line.

    Played on xbox one x, runs well looks great. Typical ac game mechanics and gameplay but I enjoy that. Good progression, story and many hours worth of fun. Rexommwnded

    AC Valhalla has all the polish of a viking... which is to say, none - if you go by the state of the ones in the game.
    - The controls are clunky and random, with no focus able to be had by simply letting your mouse point the way. You must manually focus each target, otherwise you will attack ANYTHING on the field.     Similarly while parkouring, your character may jump on to objects with no rhyme or reason and refuse to get off for a while, compromising a flight from a swarm of enemies in some cases.
    - The game released in a terrible state with memory leaks being (yet again) a huge culprit of crashing and freezing at regular intervals for many players.
    - The quest system is a bloated mess, with no focus to the world and random quests thrown in for xp fodder that have no bearing or impact on the narrative. Many in fact have some provoking decisions to be made that mean little in the scheme of the game.
    In fact, some world quests will allow you to complete them - spoiling story quests that are coming further along in the main questline.

    I wish I could in good conscience recommend this game, but in the state it's in I can't even recommend it for leisurely play until the freezing and crashing and memory leaks are addressed and taken care of.    … Expand

    jogo muito bom com uma exploração impecável e um combate muito bom mais ainda tem alguns bugs que eu espera que a ubisoft resolva.
    very good game with impeccable exploration and very good combat but there are still some bugs that i hope ubisoft solves.

    Is a excellent game, really appreciate this saga, but it's not perfect, it has a serious downgrade in relation to Odyssey, has less items, less functions, less armours, less weapons, is too simplified i think simplified so much

    If you like any of the previous titles, you'll like Valhalla too. The game looks very nice, and the music is very good too.
    But, they really should have edited themselves with this game: they really threw anything but the kitchen sink in this game. That diluted the experience for me. I also wasn't totally sold on the ending.

The combat system has been changed a lot and it takes some getting used to but It is fun and rewarding. You don't pick up thousands of weapons and armor pieces like in Odyssey anymore.     This game is amazing, I enjoy the open world of this game, it’s beautiful and full of mysteries that need explored. Lost to do, lots to explore, lots of personality packed into one game. Lots of game time and lots of stuff to do.
    You can easily spend 70 hours in this game. It’s getting a 9 from me due to bugs that haven’t been fixed just yet, remember to save often

    The ship is annoying as hell. Turn left it goes right. Open sail and sail to destination, it goes opposite way. World events are annoying side quests but much much worse.

    Abilities, not fun like Odyssey. World pretty on top of a mountain, bugle when u get close to a tree. Bugs, bugs, bugs. Been stuck inside my horses ass, no joke.
    Been stuck in a tree. All parts of England that could be unique and explored like Sherwood forest or Stonehenge are bland and nothing of interest happens. Where are past famous people? This list could go on and on. I scored it way way too early on PS4 and gave a 7. This at max deserves a 3.5, MAYBE. The more I play, the more I hate it. At 106 hours now and still trying to finish this game. I have never played a game I spoke out loud how much I hate it. Just went to open a chest. It was under water. Dove in and said, I bet I need a jey. I need a key. Go to climb a tree where key is. Get stuck INSIDE TREE! Now Ubisoft has so many outfits for sale with real money and a blaster for XP and selling maps and selling this and that. Done with AC FOREVER NOW!    … Expand

    my a 5 well quest are buggy to hell most of opal are buggy boosters added to game even odyssey works better on day one than this trash and Ubisoft are never testing there games or quest they like quest made out it goes to public and missions don't work right Ubisoft need to start testing there stuff first

    Great game to spend time in November until Cyberpunk comes in December. Valhalla is graphically amazing. I have heard some people don't like combat that much, i personally like it, not sure what's the problem. Overall very good AC game, might be Ubisoft's best open world ever.

    If this is not nominated for "The Game Awards" i wont take this show even seriously anymore. I'm not saying it's best game ever or anything, but it's very good game and is one of the standout games of 2020.     Assassin's Creed is not something you can quickly finish and move on to next "cool game". This game series focuses on exploration, stealth and really just enjoying the environments.
    Of course it also has brutal combat and all that cool stuff, but what i'm trying to say is that it's not your average 5-10 hour game. If you don't wanna actually enjoy it and take your time, there's no point    Assassin's Creed is not something you can quickly finish and move on to next "cool game".     AC Valhalla has very big map and it's very long game, so basically if you don't like long game, there's no point trying this one. But if you do like long games, it's very solid. One of the better AC games imo.

    graphics are very next gen. even if there is framedrop i'm not noticing them. story is fun enough, what i enjoyed most was just free roaming and exploring. combat is pretty cool with different abilities and weapons.

    Generally it's not nearly as bad some people pretend it to be, i have a feeling these people haven't even tried it. Watching two youtube videos doesn't count. Map is big, there's a lot stuff to do.

    Classic AC elements like hidden blade / Hood are back and i'm very happy for that, finally.
    Story is from average to actually pretty good. Depends on what quests you do and what choices you make. There's lots of different weapons and hoods.

    Digging this game's tone way more than i did with Odyssey. Odyssey was little bit too similar in all places. Everything was bright and colorful. Valhalla is very different in that regard. It has so many different areas and layers, nothing feels same. Even Norway and England look very different, but England in itself has very different looking areas. Game is good so far.

    London was little bit disappointing, other that it has some decent parkour areas, but what wasn't disappointing? Pretty much everything else. Would recommend if you like assassin's creed games.

    I'm usually critical with games, specially new ones, but i can't think of anything from AC Valhalla that stood out to me as "horrible or extremely bad". I actually have so much fun with it. There's always something to do or somewhere to go and i love it. I bet people who want games to over quickly will hate that, but they should already know what assassin's creed it.     This is a decent game for me, im personally not intressted in viking lore, and most things take place in England, my big trouble with it is that it has crashed 3 times, and the saving is very bad, i had to re-do allot of this because of the trash saving

    This game deserves nothing but praise. Yeah it had some bugs at launch, but what games doesn't. Unlike Bethesta, Ubisoft always cleans their games up. In fact, huge patch is coming tomorrow.

    Truly standout graphics compared to other 2020 games, i would say one of the best graphics even. Story is 85% fun, there's some filler, but that's expected from huge games like this. But even then all missions are at least decent, but most are actually good. All this nonsense from Odyssey is gone. Also, basically all classic AC elements are back, ,like hidden blade.     After playing it nearly 60 hours i can say that it's very nice game. Like seriously. Whoever is giving it low scores is just afraid that "Cyberhype 2077" gets less attention. I personally like both games, but i just hate when something is extremely overhyped.

    Than you "Michael Does Life". Thanks to you i didn't waste my money on this overhyped buggy Cyberpunk 2077 and instead i bought AC Valhalla and i'm very happy with it. Beautiful good game.

    Seems like Cyberpunk 2077 didn't live up to expectations. I watched some gameplay and nothing looked extremely new or interesting. More like same old, same old. Bough AC Valhalla instead and so far it's really fun. Of course AC Valhalla isn't anything new either, but at least it's fun and less buggy unlike Cyberpunk 2077.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla has 3 (at least so far) beautifully crafter maps, each one has it's own tone. Voice acting is good, graphics are amazing at times, runs well.

    I have played pretty much every 3xA game of 2020 and i can safely say that AC:Valhalla is one of the best PC games of this year. After yesterday's update it feels even smoother imo. Would recommend to gamers who like brutal combat, huge world to explore, tons of different quests and good main character or in other words, to anyone who likes Assassin's Creed games.

    Keeps crashing and you have to start off from where you was the previous day.
    Also there is a glitch where the screen goes blank and won't go back on. I had to reload from the previous day and again lost nearly 4 hours of playing. I am regretting buying this game now I've had nothing but issues with it since day one

    This beautiful game literally made this awful year so much better. I was waiting for it since April and it's finally here. I was expecting decent game, but it still managed to surprise me with tons of different locations and secret areas.

It's very well done re-creation of England and Norway in 800's and it's not copy + they fixed all the problems that Odyssey had, now you have hood that you can take off at any moment, hidden blade is back, parkour is back and there's no xp grind. But the world is meh, the loot you find around the world is disappointing.

    I've been streaming this game and I feel like my streams are telling on the game. One moment i'm having a ball, next moment i'm bored out of my mind or not interested in whats going on. When I bored I don't mean the slow paced storytelling or exploring and open world. I feel like when you call this game boring people assume you mean it lacks action.

The main story is confusing and boring, the once prime objective of AC games, defeating the Templars, is now a pointless time-consuming side quest which leads to an unsatisfying conclusion. The side quests, now called mysteries, are boring and unrewarding except for a certain amount of XP which leads to useless skills. The abilities are just a rehash of Odysseys’ but have Montreal have somehow made it worse. The other collectibles such as treasures, Roman masks and such are time-wasting and also pointless as weapon perks and stats are essentially useless. The druids DLC however is a breath of fresh air, even though it’s more of the same, the map size and amount of collectibles are satisfying and actually rewarding. The mastery challenges however have destroyed my opinion of AC games, the frustrating objectives such as “headshot kill every enemy” and “weak point shots” mixed with terrible enemy AI have made the game near impossible to complete which lead to a teaser about their upcoming unannounced DLC. The only thing the mastery challenges actually challenge, is Ubisoft’s ability to make a good Assassins Creed game. Hopefully Ubisoft Montreal does not make another AC game in the future.… Expand

La pena es que pasadas esas primeras 20h el juego se vuelve aburrido y repetitivo. Todos los campamentos son similares. Todas las misiones para aliarse con territorios son similares. Son fallos que han hecho que deje de jugarlo por repetitivo. Llega un momento en que es tan repetitivo que te llegas a "olvidar" de la historia, ya que se resume en campamentos y conquistar nuevos territorios que tendrán unas 3 grandes conquistas, siempre la última es para el jefe final de la zona.… Expand

I am playing it on an Xbox One X with a LG nanocell85 and the game looks fenomenal. I have ran into a few bugs, but nothing that gets in the way of enjoying the experience.     Origins było fantastyczną odsłoną taki powiew świeżości. Odyseja pomimo błędów które posiadała to wciągneła mnie swoim światem jak bagno.

    Co do Walhalli...nudna jak flaki z olejem, dodam że wcześniejsze assasiny przechodziłem, tak ta gra mi się znudziła w połowie. Liczyłem na ciekawsza rozgrywkę.

    Assassin's Creed is back, better than ever! Well, okay it's not best AC game (that would be AC 4), but it's still great and way better than Odyssey.     One of the better games in that series. I was reading some of the negative "reviews" and most of them are not actual reviews, it's either people writing "ubisoft sucks" or about some asian censorship issue. So without counting these (and there's 10's of these) this user score should be actually way higher, but hopefully it goes up in future when dlc's come out. Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the biggest fails of all time. Resident Evil 3 Remake was too short and boring. Last of Us 2 is one of the worst games ever made. Watch Dogs Legion is pathetic. Final Fantasy VII Remake has no reason to play again, even tho good game. Ghost of Tsushima has one of the worst camera angles in any video game ever, so i just can't play it, but it doesn't seem very interesting anyway. Marvel's Avengers is a joke. Mafia 1 Remake had good story, but has one of the emptiest open-worlds ever, there's absolutely nothing to do or explore.

    So what's left? Literally only one game - Assassin's Creed Valhalla! It's not best game ever / not best AC game, but at least it's fun enough and DLC's almost look more interesting than main game, so i'm hyped. There's obviously always option to play older games (i do that literally all the time), but this review is for people who want something new.    … Expand

    The game was highly underrated. It is not a copy of odyssey as many think, it is a well-made game with very evident news. The story is well structured in relation to the side missions, the setting is really beautiful and the dialogues are well written.     The hit boxes in the mastery challenge is ass. I've been doing the same **** thing for the last 30 god damn minutes and anytime I'm completely focused on the weak point it either insta kills, counts as a head shot, or doesn't register at **** all. Wtf, fix this bull ****

    If you love open world games with deep story, you'd love this game as well. I preferred Odyssey but I liked this game, one of the best games from ubisoft I think.

    i get why this game gets so much hate from assassins creed fans - it's not really a good assassin game. but i would say that it is a damn good viking game.

    the gorgeous open world itself is massive and filled with mysteries and loot. now, after app. 200 hours spend in the game (including season pass material), it's starting to finally feel empty. mysteries and sidequests often are filler/copypaste/typical_ubisoft_nonsense material anyways so if you dont want spend so much time on this game you can skip the most part of them.

    if you like open world exploring with a decent combat system, with lots of different variations of weapons and skill moves, definitely spend some time with this game. and i urge you to try it if you, like me, lost interest to the series or the lore at some point. two points off the score comes from the copypaste-sidecontent, which ubisoft seems to insist to have on their games.    … Expand

I loved how the game paid homage to the previous titles.     There are a lot of twists so you better complete the game and like me, you’ll be way excited about what’s to come. Even with some flaws, this game kept me interested all along. Valhalla’s storyline was a bit stretched out but once you get a hang of visiting all the areas in England, you’ll finish it soon enough. It also tries to connect and answer the questions since AC 3. Please note that a new present-day protagonist gets introduced in the game as well.
    If you love Assassin’s Creed, then you should definitely check this one out!

    Ubisoft open-world games are awful. Formulaic. Woke. Redundant. Repetitive. Dull. Worst of all it butchers Viking and Anglo-Saxon English history. I was hoping for a beautiful Viking mythological tale and adventure, instead, I got whatever this abomination is. Still, the game is graphically nice and plays well enough, with only the occasional bug.

    was absolutely hooked on this game from start to finish, simply amazing, best game of the year in my opinion. Hard core AC fans might be a bit disappointed with the lack of assassination focused missions but for those who hate sneaking around and want to wade into combat this is perfect

For example you can only chain two assassinations in a row, unlike in odyssey where you could basically kill 4 in a row with the broken spear by teleporting to each of them, here Eivor kills one target and then throws an axe to another one, it looks cool and feels believable. Just a minor thing but I like it. The fighting system is a bit more varied compared to Odyssey, you can use shields and block, dual weapons, or go two handed. it’s not for Honor but I think the fighting is definitely better than in the previous installments.

    I did not encounter any bugs so far, about 20 hours into the game. The story so far is decent, nothing extraordinary but if you like Vikings you will like this too. There is a lot to do, and while of course after some time the things you do can become boring, the looting and fighting is satisfying. Also the gear system is much better now that you don’t have a million items in the inventory and can simply keep upgrading your favorite set of gear. The skill tree is new and interesting as well, though it takes some time getting used to, but the fact that you unlock abilities by discovering books in the world gives an even more incentive to explore the world. Some side activities like drinking, dice, and especially bard duels are fun too.

    Overall, one of the best AC games ever created. If you watched Vikings and/or Last Kingdom, and like this type of game, you won’t be disappointed. The only criticism is a certain lack of creativity, so if you played some previous AC games, this won’t be anything dramatically different or original for you.    … Expand

    Pros:

    - The graphics are good

    - The combat, skill tree and abilities give you plenty of choice in playstyle

    Cons:

    - The game definitively outstays it's welcome by a great deal.

    - Some of the side quests are fairly terrible. Stacking rocks or fishing x10 of an item in a single player RPG is not my idea of fun.

    - Some of the narrative in the game is questionable. After spending less than a day with Basim your brother suddenly loses all sense and refuses to listen to you, Dag wants to fight you because you're doing what your brother asked and he doesn't like you for some reason that's not explained.

    - The biggest relief in getting 100% in the game is that I don't have to play the game anymore.    … Expand

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla isn't a light, fast and pragmatic Viking ship. It's a Titanic, magnificent, massive, and majestic, made to lead players through a 9th-century epic. With enough content to keep players busy for hours and hours, it's not threatened by any iceberg but rather by the weight of its own size. For the most dedicated, this can be a treat, but for many others, it could be a game they'll leave unfinished, living forever in the backlog.

    Even with its technical shortcomings on last-generation hardware, it is hard to not call Assassin’s Creed Valhalla an amazing open-world RPG. It’s obvious that Ubisoft did its homework and learned from Origins and Odyssey. Valhalla’s story is one of the best not only in the franchise but in the open-world RPG genre. The world is vast but not laden with empty, pointless space. Combat is addicting, character customization is the best the franchise has ever seen, and the welcome return of composer Jesper Kyd makes for one of last year’s most immersive and satisfying experiences.

    Assassin’s Creed brings beautiful English countryside to the masses whilst fixing a lot of the series’ recent missteps. Some genuinely fun and surprising moments with some great writing make for a fun time.
