    You know those cheap and cheerful games that play better than many Triple-A offerings? A Short Hike is one of those games. It’s an experience that will put a smile on your face and even though it’s not particularly lengthy, it's one that comes across as the perfect length for the asking price.

    A Short Hike exceeds expectations. When you need a game that let’s you peacefully escape, look for A Short Hike. When you need a game to cleanse the palate, look for A Short Hike. I cannot recommend A Short Hike enough!

    A Short Hike is a wonderfully chill little game that can easily be finished in the space of an afternoon, combining clever traversal mechanics with a lo-fi visual style and a very relatable protagonist. If you’ve got a couple of hours to kill over a weekend, or after a stressful day of work, A Short Hike is an easy recommendation.

    A nice short game, that can be a nice palate-cleanser between much longer and meatier games. You can most likely finish it in an hour or so,A nice short game, that can be a nice palate-cleanser between much longer and meatier games.
