Wrecked: Revenge Revisited is spattered with moments of enjoyment, but not enough to warrant its many problems. Factor in the hefty price of 1200msp, with day one DLC weighing in at another 400msp, and you have a barrier to entry that is already hard to surmount.

    Shoddy combat racing. [Issue#122, p.105]

Sadly, for me this game was a big disappointment, a bit of a wreck so to speak.

Wrecked offers a tissue-thin single-player mode, poor frame-rate and camera, bland track design and clumsy online multiplayer, all for a premium price with expensive community-splitting day-one DLC.

Wrecked sabotages itself at every turn.

Nothing really works with this game. Avoid it at all costs.

Even without comparing it to previous games, it's still mediocre at best. If I had one word to describe Wrecked, it would be unnecessary. There are enough arcade racers out there, and some of them are actually pretty decent. This one; is not.

A re-tread of Mashed's multiplayer, with reduced tracks and a superfluous single player mode.

You have to play it with good friends! It's like a HD version of Mashed, the gameplay is still extremely funny and needless to say that you have to prevent your neighbours because of all the noise while playing the game. :-)

I absolutely can not understand the bad reviews. Wrecked is that what I expected from a sequel! Yes, I still miss the highway-track but everything else is perfect!

"Wrecked: Revenge Revisited" is a XBLA causal racing racing game, where you must gain points by wreck your opponents, to win the game, and"Wrecked: Revenge Revisited" is a XBLA causal racing racing game, where you must gain points by wreck your opponents, to win the game, and that is viewed from a top perspective, having the same basic gameplay of MicroMachines. It has only 6 tracks, but you can play with 4 other players in the screen and Online. You can customize your car, and add weapons (there are many types of weapons available), to help win the races, or beat the adversaries. The graphics are good, somewhat casual and colorful to fit the game and the sound effects are nice: but the musics and comments are very annoying. The game mechanics are a little odd in the handling, and the singleplayer experience is bad. For 1200 Microsoft Points there are many other games that has a way better cost / benefit ratio - I recommend to buy this game, only if you like quick competitive games, if you are a die hard fan of Micromachines (that is a way better game) or have others friends to play with you, but again, a more just price for this game would be something like 800MS Points. However, I can't score the game as highly as I would of liked to; it would of got lower than a 7 but I enjoyed it too much. Here's where Wrecked lets itself down: Lacking maps, Pricey (1200ms), Day one DLC, not many people playing online, if anyone rage quits (not just the host) the game ends, the new boost mechanic doesn't work that well on the 360 controller, no bots unlike its predecessor. If you were a MASHED player you shouldn't miss this but new comers may be left with a bad taste in their mouths. Full Review »
