  1. There’s not much you can do screw up a poker sim, though the AI players make erratic and strange plays regularly. Also, if you don’t want to play all the variations of poker, you might have to work your way around the career mode.

The main issues we found with WCP2 stem from the career mode, with wildly fluctuating difficulty levels...and no real way of gauging opponent strength until you're at the table. [Issue 25, p.58]

Kids or casual players may find some fun here, but serious sharks will seek cleaner waters. [Dec. 2006, p.84]
  4. The computer-controlled players aren't terrible, but they're just as prone to ill-advised plays as any game out there, and some of the poker variations available suffer from bizarre hand repetition, which is a baffling problem.
  5. While World Championship Poker featuring Howard Lederer: All In for 360 isn’t the worst poker game ever made, it’s in the running.

It's a bad version of a bad way to replicate playing poker, badly pieced together. [Aug 2007, p.75]

Even for you gamerscore whores, sitting through this one for the 1000 points would kill you. Even with its budget price, it’s not worth the headaches that the anything but random card shuffling and tedious tournaments would bring you.

Deals a very poor hand. [Aug 2007, p.84]
